Le Village, 31390, Peyssies
Been here?
This is a large, flat town-hall car park with shaded picnic tables, a book box and rubbish bins. It is generally quiet and illuminated, making it suitable for a peaceful overnight stop, although church bells ring from 7h. The cemetery is opposite, and a lake and fishing spot are less than 500 meters away. Two electric-car recharging slots are available.

Pure nature and tranquility! Many thanks to the municipality for the picnic benches with a shaded play area and the opportunity to spend a peaceful night here. Ideal for families and dog owners.
Great spot. Quiet, and we felt safe in the illuminated parking area. Good for our stopover on the way to the Pyrenees.
Perfect night in this tiny village. Very quiet. The bell rings from 7 a.m., perfect for waking up. Large fields are ideal for letting the dog run. I recommend it for one night when passing through; it is more than adequate.
August 20. We spent a quiet night with the motorhome; it was a stop on the way back to Bilbao. There were two other caravans and a truck, and the parking area is quite large. Just bear in mind that the church bells will wake you at 7 a.m. There is a small petrol station in the village that is cheaper than those on the motorway.
For me this is France. A beautiful small village, the owners care for it with flowers along the roadside. Peaceful, tranquil and overlooking the fields. Parking is on a large flat car park at the rear of the local village hall and a joy to stay after passing on route from a hectic day in Toulouse. Under lighting we spent a very silent night and felt extremely safe and relaxed. Just parking so 4
The parking area is fairly spacious and quiet. There are streetlights illuminating it, and it is surrounded by a lawn with picnic tables, a cemetery, the town hall, a church and another lawn. When we slept there for one night it was empty, but we do not know what it is like on working days. There are nearby rubbish bins, and the water tap is near the cemetery. We had a good experience.
Very good: it is flat, paved, with picnic tables... No bells between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Large, flat, clean and quiet parking area. The church bells do not ring at night. Very good for spending the night or having a picnic. Bins available. Very close to the A64 motorway.
Flat, paved parking area at the edge of the village. We only stopped for a break, but it seems quiet enough to spend the night. However, the village is not very welcoming; it did not make us want to stay, although that is only our opinion.
