Simple area, noisy roads

We spent one night here. The positive point is the price: €6 for 24 hours, with electricity and the possibility of dumping and refilling. The area is noisy; because of the heat, the windows were open, and we could clearly hear the motorway and neighborhood dogs. The municipal police came by in the morning around 9 a.m.

For this price, it was a four-star experience! Incredible value for money. Close to a supermarket and to the town, where there are restaurants. An extremely basic parking area, but you don’t pay many euros either! There were plenty of spaces available. Easy to pay. The motorway did not disturb us, although of course there is some noise, especially after 6 a.m. when people start moving around more.

A parking area with about 12 spaces. It is beside another parking area and a lightly trafficked road. Payment is made at a coin-operated machine or through an app. €6 for 24 hours with electricity. It has facilities for dumping waste water and washing dishes.

Ideal area for spending one night. €6 for 24 hours with all services, including electricity—perfect. We spent a quiet night; you can hear the trucks on the nearby motorway a little, but it is entirely reasonable. From 7:00–7:30 a.m., it gets a little noisy because of the municipal vehicles.

Great place to explore Châtillon; the spaces are large enough. There are two supermarkets nearby and you are close to the town center, within walking distance. Water, electricity, and dumping work. You can hear the motorway continuously. €6 for 24 hours.

Just enough room in my 7M van. Quiet with all services working in winter (electric, water, wastewater). Reasonable priced laundry nearby. Can walk to bathrooms at rest area if needed. Thanks to the city for providing a place at a great price.

A fantastic, truly fantastic place. Many thanks to the city. Electricity works perfectly. Water and wastewater work smoothly. The supermarket is right outside, and an excellent fruit market with a large selection and very friendly service is 350 m away.

Excellent strategic camping area, also convenient for nearby destinations, as it has practically everything: electricity, water refill, dumping, and a convenient sink for washing dishes or clothes. The price is also very low—we paid €6.90 for 24 hours with EasyPark.

The spaces are ideal for vehicles no longer than 7 m; with our 7.3 m vehicle, we just overhung the end. Negligible slope. Well-stocked Conad supermarket nearby, view of the castle, and a quiet night. Perfect for a stopover! Thanks to the municipality for thinking of us. There is also an excellent pizzeria in the village, La Calenda, a 10-minute walk away.

Waste area next door. A supermarket is very close. The maneuver to enter the water-service area is not particularly easy, but nothing to worry about. Overall, excellent value for money!

July ‘24. Good stop over. €6 per night with electric. Only 5 MHs considering its July. Supermarket 300m. Quiet at night even though the main road is visible. Appreciate it could be tight for longer MHs if it was busy. No barrier but felt secure. Thanks to local community.
