Via dei Ferrari 47, 73100, Lecce
Been here?
A free parking area near houses, suitable for campervans but not recommended for motorhomes, with space for approximately 20 vehicles. The centre of Lecce is about 20 minutes away on foot. It feels secure, but passing traffic and several noisy sewer grates can disturb the night. Parking farther from the road reduces the noise.

Quiet, we slept one night. 20 minutes' walk from the center.
not sure its just for vans. we were only van overnight and car park was emptied overnight than during the day so also not sure it's a residential parking area. a good 25min walk into beautiful Lecce. the road was very busy overnight, earplugs did the job
Free parking. Plenty of spaces. A little noisy but very practical for visiting Lecce. However, outside the season, you may find spaces closer to the center; for example, Porta Napoli.
Seems to be a residents' parking area, so we did not stay. As a daytime parking area I think it is fine, but overnight you take residents' parking spaces away from them.
If you can ignore the noise from the manhole covers, this parking area is perfect for visiting Lecce. We stayed overnight.
Ideal for walking to the historic center. We parked there without problems, explored all day, and did not stay overnight, but it is an excellent, quiet, and sheltered option.
Via dei Ferrari 47 is the correct house number, a great place to park the camper for visiting the city. A cycle path runs directly alongside it to the city. Walking is also easy, about 20 minutes. Very convenient!!
Fine for sightseeing, but overnight the 3–4 broken, rattling manhole covers in the immediate vicinity drive you crazy.
Free parking for Lecce's historic center, about 1,200 m away, perfect for a 7 m motorhome.
Excellent place for visiting city centre. Numerous buses from nearby. 30 minute walk. Quiet night , could hear man hole cover, but not a problem. Felt very safe there. Our van is 6.8m. It might be awkward for larger vans. We were the only camper. Two other large vans parked there that night.
The manhole covers are still banging, otherwise it's a good place, we slept here in a camper van for one night. Everything was fine.
