4 Via Fondi di Baia, 80070, Bacoli
Been here?
A green agritourism motorhome field where donkeys, horses and other animals roam, with space for children and a pizzeria on site. Water, grey-water and black-water drainage are available, but recent comments report no usable toilets or showers. The setting is pleasant and animal-focused, although weekends can bring family events, fireworks and considerable noise. A bus stop is nearby, the Baia railway station is about 30 minutes away on foot, and Pozzuoli is accessible by bicycle.

You can choose your own spot and spread out as much as you like. On weekends, the regulars are there, and family celebrations with fireworks take place next door. In general, it is idyllic with the animals, but always noisy. The price has been reduced repeatedly to match the services; we paid €20 for a camper including two people, but there are no showers or toilets.
I really do not want to leave; it was simply wonderfully beautiful. Thanks to the lovely operator who makes such a paradise for all the animals. €25 with everything included. If you love animals as we do, you simply have to come here. Donkeys, horses, and two sweet dogs roam freely. Cows, rabbits, and goats are in the stable. Simply amazing. P.S. A donkey was born yesterday. Thanks for the wonderful two days.
The place is ideal: green and quiet. If you bring bicycles, you can easily get to Pozzuoli. There is a pizzeria on site. There are no showers or toilets, but it is ideal for spending the night and filling up with water. A little expensive for the services, but it is a paradise. Do not miss visiting the Castello Aragonese of Baia—it is impressive. Five minutes on foot.
Very quiet, pleasant, and relaxing place surrounded by greenery. Fifteen minutes on foot from the train to Naples and from the beach. Delicious pizzas at very reasonable prices. We stayed three relaxing days.
Lovely green and quiet place with donkeys and horses. Bus stop not far away; Baia railway station is a 30-minute walk. The woman at reception speaks a little French. Grey- and black-water emptying and drinking water, but no toilets or showers, so €20 is a little expensive.
Simply wow. A beautifully landscaped site with many animals and a large playground. In the evening, the donkeys came directly to our motorhome and allowed us to pet them. There are cows, donkeys, horses, ducks, goats, rabbits, chickens, and even a peacock. Probably a dream for children in summer. The pizza also gets five stars, and it is available directly on site. €20 including electricity for one night.
I confirm the previous comments. Baia Castle can be reached on foot. There is a bus stop on the road. The bathrooms were closed. Very quiet at night. It could be improved.
Good place for a short stay. A caravan measuring 8.5 metres is possible, but tight. The toilet facilities could definitely be better maintained. I think much more could be made of this place. We stayed there for three nights. Friendly staff.
Friendly and helpful owners; a motorhome area set in a beautiful park where you wake up to horses and little donkeys running across the lawn, to the great delight of your children. Essential services with good value for money. The Bay of Bacoli is worth a visit.
Really nice place. Very friendly staff. Good and inexpensive restaurant. A very good place for children. Highly recommended.
Well-shaded area, no traffic noise, with electricity. €30 per night for a van with two people. The sanitary facilities are terrifying; nobody wants to go in there. It is a shame, because the place is otherwise pleasant, with donkeys and horses coming to visit.
Functional and practical motorhome area. Park with animals and the possibility of buying vegetables from the garden. Warm welcome. €35 for a van with four people and electricity. We gave only three stars because the sanitary facilities are far too old, although they do allow you to shower after a day at the beach.
The stopping area is very beautiful, shaded, and well maintained. Relatively convenient for the beach. Friendly owners and very good on-site pizzeria. A shame about the bathrooms, which are truly dilapidated. We were able to use the washing machine.
We planned to stay for two days and stayed six… it is a beautiful place, and Emilio’s hospitality and helpfulness are vital. The surroundings are beautiful, with free-roaming animals, trees, and excellent value for money at the restaurant.
Beautiful wooded place, and the owner Emilio is very friendly. I recommend it.
Attention: there is no swimming pool, the sanitary facilities are so-so and open whenever they happen to be. Hot showers cost €5, which is a bit excessive. On the other hand, it is a superb area for children.
I agree with a previous review: it is true that the area is pleasant, but maintenance and hygiene leave much to be desired. There is lots of rubbish beside the bins that has not been collected, and the sanitary facilities are a construction-site cabin. €5 for showers with borderline hygiene is outrageous. Really too expensive for the services. Finally, the toilet and wastewater emptying point is just a hole beside the sanitary facilities?
A magnificent spot under the trees, very quiet and very clean, 9 km from the boat to Ischia and Procida. €20 with electricity and water services. Wastewater emptying for showers and toilets costs €5. Bus service nearby.
A remarkable place set in a volcanic crater very green with a good breeze and cool at night. lovely campsite area with lots of room and a paradise for children with a big shaded play area suitable all ages, not too close to vans lots of animals to see. showers and toilet basic but it is a farm! our host Emilio very kind and helpful. easy access to the smaller islands and Naples by bus or train.
Emilio is an extremely charming site manager. He showed us the very spacious pitch, and we felt very comfortable exploring Naples by bus and the surrounding area by bike. We would gladly come again.
Definitely excellent value for money; a well-maintained, spacious, and safe place, with Emilio inspiring confidence from the very beginning.
Very pleasant and peaceful place near Naples. Helpful and friendly staff. Amazing price. It would be nice to improve the toilets. I would gladly return when passing by again. Thank you!
Convenient place to sleep safely near Naples. Pleasant staff and a great park for children. Negative points are the cleanliness and use of the facilities (water, bins, and pitch). We had a good night.
A superb green haven just outside Naples, with a bus stop nearby. Ideal for families, but not only! The restaurant staff are very friendly and give you all the advice needed for a successful stay. The only drawback is the barking of dogs from nearby houses. Thank you for the two nights spent here.
The campsite is incredibly beautiful! We received a wonderful welcome today. The site offers many opportunities for children to play, with horses roaming freely, making it perfect for families! Everything is very clean and well maintained, and the service facilities are easy to access. The pictures do not show how beautiful it really is—and all for €15 including electricity per night! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent! A green haven with children’s games, animals, a restaurant, and a large green pitch. After the hustle and bustle of Naples, which is accessible by bus and train from this site, it feels wonderful to be here. Beware that the buses run whenever they feel like it. The dogs bark a little and it echoes in the valley, but it is not too bad. I do not understand why the owners or neighbours do not say anything.
Wonderful and well-maintained place, with a huge park full of animals and a high-quality meat restaurant. Extremely friendly staff! What can I say—we planned to stay one night and stayed five! We will definitely return! Cost: €15! The telephone number is incorrect because it is missing a zero at the beginning.
Quiet, friendly, adequate toilet. Very good price 15 eur (camper, 2 persons) in early April. Water, electricity included, camper service, I don't know for shower! Good starting point for visiting the islands of Procida, Ischia and the Campi Flegrei peninsula. Bus stop 100 m. I recommend.
It is wonderful to return to this splendid and peaceful garden, surrounded by peace and greenery. Thanks again to the owners for their availability and kindness.
After the hustle and bustle of the city, what a pleasure to arrive at this peaceful place. Children’s games, free-roaming animals, nature—it has everything. The price is reasonable, perfect for us.
Inexpensive, surprisingly peaceful, very pleasant staff.
Open! Very nice place, restaurant closed but toilets open.
The authentic and honest Italian cuisine at the restaurant alone is worth a visit, with complete menus including wine, water and cover charge at extremely reasonable prices. In the welcoming atmosphere with its park-like outdoor area, you can enjoy la dolce vita. The pitches on the edge of the grounds are pleasantly quiet, just a few metres from the roaring chaos of the Naples region.
It would be a nice place, too bad they placed the camper stop area in the most humid, shaded and noisy point of their beautiful park. No showers, no sinks, unpresentable and far away bathrooms. Water and electricity available.
A beautiful place, the people are incredibly kind and friendly. You can also eat very well here at a good price. The owner and his wife are extremely friendly. The missing star is only because there are no showers. PS: That is not a problem. We can only recommend it.
Great place. Quiet, and you feel as if you are parked on a sports field. Everything you need is available. Nice people, good and very inexpensive food. Wood-fired pizza that actually tastes good. With a vehicle, a few minutes to the beach. 8 m with trailer: no problem.
Great location, quiet and surrounded by animals. You are not obliged to eat at the restaurant on Sundays, which are reserved for the family in Italy. We enjoyed this meal.
