A large, convenient and quiet service area near truck parking and shopping centres, intended for water filling and waste disposal rather than sleeping or resting. Fresh water has a strong flow, and grey- and black-water disposal is available through a narrow ground grate that should be cleared of paper. The service is free, but there is no general waste disposal.

Used yesterday to fill up with water, and I found it orderly and clean! Excellent water flow, too.
Thanks for this free possibility to empty and fill with water. Toilet disposal also works well. If everyone rinses afterward, it will stay clean too!

At the moment, the drain is blocked.
It is only a place to empty grey water and refill with water. Emptying black water is impossible.
There is plenty of water, although you need pliers or something similar to open the tap. The grey-water disposal is very good. I could not find the black-water disposal. Thank you very much to the community.
I was there today and there is water. The location is on the other side. Large parking with trucks. The place is dirty but to the service ok.
DEFECTIVE!!!!! I expected that the station would have been repaired after such a long time. There is no water. Emptying is possible, but rinsing or filling is not. Asking for trouble, so to speak.
Disgusting place, the drain is overflowing with human waste and the worst is that it seems to be a breeding ground for tiger mosquitoes, I got bitten multiple times and killed a few! They carry dengue fever even in Europe, so I wouldn’t risk it. The water tap is the only thing worth a star here, but even with that the s**t water is everywhere, it’s difficult to stay clean and not get bitten.
Spacious truck parking area beside a rather busy road. Grate for disposing of grey and black water, and a tap. Okay for an emergency stop.
Perfect; the approach has a high, steep ramp, but there is free disposal on a grate and free water. Thanks to the municipality of Voghera!
