This parking area beside the free, well-maintained castle park offers 5 camper spaces with views of the greenery. Vehicles larger than 6 meters should use the sand parking lot immediately left of the entrance. The nearby café serves pastries and breakfast, with toilets available during café opening hours. The park is busy with walkers and runners during the day but becomes quiet after 0h00; the motorway can be heard in the background. Tables, chairs, awnings, steps, and dog blankets are prohibited.

Five camper pitches with a view. Beautiful castle and lovely garden. Nice café with coffee, cake and breakfast. The toilet has the same opening hours as the café. Many park visitors. It became quiet after midnight, and enthusiastic dogs were already being walked again at 7 a.m.
Top off grid spot in beautiful castle grounds. Fantastic cycle route down to Baden baden through fields, orchards, along the river. Opera in the castle when we visited-incredible. Loos unlocked and cafe next to the car park.
Super peaceful overnight stay in the gravel area. A very good option to stop and rest if you are traveling.
I always enjoy coming here; it is simply wonderful. Anyone who actually manages to put out a table and chair here should know better. And regarding the gay meetups, I find this prejudice highly questionable. I would rather have a gay meeting place nearby than ignorant meat eaters.
A great location for a very peaceful and beautiful stopover. Very popular spot for dog walkers and runners alike, so car park in constant use. Chateau wasn’t open when we were here but the grounds more than made up for it. Free to walk round. Cafe on site open from 1000-1700. It has toilets to the rear open from 0700-1700 which are free to use and very clean. Would be very busy in summer.
Beautiful, dog-friendly park. I was a little apprehensive because of the rendezvous mentioned in the reviews. However, everything was quiet, and there was no disgusting rubbish lying around. You can hear the motorway rumbling in the background.
Very quiet night and waking up in a magnificent setting, with a few walkers in the morning. Don’t miss the walk through the park and tasting the pastries at the park bakery. Toilets accessible during the bakery/park opening hours.
Calm, peaceful and wooded—a beautiful, prestigious place open to everyone, including motorhomes! In the evening, the gay visitors do not bother anyone. On Sundays the car park is full, so do not take several spaces. The car park toilets are well maintained. And the château is magnificent!
Very quiet at night. Nice for walking in the park and visiting the castle. You can also go there for breakfast. CAMPING BEHAVIOR (chairs, table, awning, extended step, dog blanket) is forbidden here as it always is in car parks.
Beautiful place with plenty of space. We were surprised that many cars arrived after dark, and it was confirmed that this is a meeting place for gay men.
We spent a couple of very peaceful nights. It is heavily wooded. The gardeners start early in the morning. It feels safe. The bathrooms close when the castle closes.
Top spot. Very quiet and perfect for walking the dog or jogging in the castle park. There is a small fountain with water.
Beautiful, level place. The public toilet is clean. Unfortunately, I can confirm the description below: it is a meeting place for gay men in the evening, which is not fundamentally a problem, but it does mean a lot of movement. Cars come and go all the time, even during the week.
