Really friendly owner. A lovely personal welcome. Current price £25 for a small van and one person. The shower water is not very hot, and cold elsewhere. What a shame. But do not let that stop you going, especially in good weather! You will be made very welcome.
Very friendly owner. Pitches are perfectly level, on gravel, each with a table and bench. Clean facilities. No electricity, and no hot water for washing dishes, but we did not miss it.
The place is beautiful. The owner is extremely friendly, but there are no dumping facilities. It may be suitable if your tanks are not full.
Great family run campsite with fantastic views over the countryside. Would definitely recommend! Just a short drive from Hexham which has plenty of shops, pubs & restaurants. No pets allowed on this site which isn’t made clear on here.
Absolutely loved this campsite!! We stayed in our campervan for one night and couldn't believe how quiet and tranquil it was. The views are fabulous and facilities are great, spotlessly clean and well maintained. The owners are very friendly and welcoming indeed. It's a very well-run site, perfect for those who prefer a small, boutique-feel. We would 100% recommend and look forward to returning!
What a lush place! If you want a holiday park stay, this is not the place for you. If, like us, you want slightly off grid, but with shower and toilets, with amenities a 10 minute drive away, you'll love it here. Friendly owner who made sure all was good and such a beautiful farm vibe. We had a campervan and stayed on pitch 1, meaning we could open the back doors and had a stunning view.
