Seaside parking, theft risk

Small free parking by the sea, but recent reports warn of theft and smashed vehicle windows. The beach is less than 50 m away via a path under the national road. There are bins but no camper services, and traffic noise comes from the road.

AVOID. Unfortunately, also victims of theft here.
They break the window and steal the contents of the vehicle.
We stopped here at around 3:00 a.m.; only later did I read the reviews about the parking area. The parking area was dark and peaceful, apart from the sound of traffic from the road. Bins and a beautiful beach. For me, it is fine for a break during a journey and a pleasant morning with a sea view.
Perfect for a lunch break with a sea view. We did not dare leave the vehicle unattended while the children went to the beach. We left quickly after seeing some slightly strange people, although perhaps they were harmless.
Warning! Be alert, do not leave the motorhome or the vehicle unattended for a long time. Theft is common; it has already happened to us twice in this parking area. They break the window or force the door to get in, in broad daylight.
Small free parking area, ideal for cars and minivans. Beach opposite, beyond the railway. No services.
Dangerous and dark place. We arrived at midnight and a car immediately pulled up beside us, while a scooter parked behind us even though almost all spaces were free. We left immediately.
Far too much traffic for me, very dangerous to cross the road to get to the beach. We left, and judging by the reviews, it is probably better that way.
