Flat ground with plenty of space. Shaded area. Fairly clean when we visited. Close to the road, but calm in the evening and at night; somewhat busier in the morning. Good for one night.
It is indeed quiet, but previous visitors decided not to respect nature: toilet paper everywhere, broken glass, dirty socks, plastic bottles, and a very strong smell, to spare you the details. It works in a pinch, but the place has become rather creepy.
Great spot, quiet, on the edge of a forest. Near a very lightly used road. We were alone. Perfect!
Perfect for an overnight stop on the way south!
