Broken water hose, dirty facilities

Not easy to find the service point. You have to go through the service station and ask for a free token to open the waste-emptying and filling point.

The service area is really dirty and very impractical! Do not go there to fill with fresh water because it uses the same hose as the toilet cassette! Stay away!

The drinking-water hose still hasn't been repaired. We couldn't fill our tank with water. The other services work.

Horrible... No grates for gray water, just a hose that must be held in place to aim it. Everything is stored together: the gray-water hose, the toilet dump hose, and the fresh-water hose! A disgusting smell of sewage... We will fill up with fresh water elsewhere!

In the Lyon–Geneva direction, dumping is possible, but there is no water for rinsing the toilet cassette or filling with drinking water.

Great motorway service area for filling with water. Be careful: it only works on the area in the Lyon–Geneva direction.

Free and accessible service area on the right-hand side. The water-filling hose is indeed very close to the black-water hose, and in the same compartment. Average hygiene. Still, it is a good option for emptying gray and black water before arriving in Geneva.
