Flat dirt parking areas along the side of an access road surrounded by a lake and a park with benches, green areas and trees. Off in the distance you can see and hear a busy highway, but other than that it's really quite pleasant for a lunch or as a starting point for bike rides. Cellular 4G is 3 to 4 out of 4 bars.
