Leekworth Caravan Park is a beautiful, well-kept site suitable for long motorhomes, with a newly renovated sanitary building. Free fishing is available in the River Tee, and the town is about 10 minutes away on foot. A minimum stay of 2 nights applies, with arrival not before 2.30 p.m. and departure by 11.00 a.m.; access is via a very narrow one-lane road.

You must stay here for at least two nights. They are not intended for short stops just to empty your toilet and shower. So we left again.Translating
A lovely spacious site with a good Vibe. Has the best showers I’ve ever seen on a campsite. The fire pits are good in windy weather but you gotta be sat right in front of em as they’re enclosed. Lovely friendly staff and the extra security of a coded gate. Some lovely scenic walks nearby and Barnard Castle. Would definitely visit again.
