Free stadium parking near a green park, sports facilities, the beach, and the city centre, about 10 minutes away on foot. A water tap is available, and the area suits long motorhomes and families. It is usually calm, though sports activity and local traffic increase late afternoon and evening. Recent reports also mention factory noise and unpleasant smells nearby; dogs are not allowed.

We liked the large green park near the car park. Many locals jog there and walk their dogs. The tennis court was free to use.
The location is quiet. At the end of the afternoon, many local people were exercising and there was some activity. The factory saddened us with its noise and smell. There were also many dead fish by the bridge along the water. Google Maps warns about emissions and discharges.
Nice spot for long motorhomes. Perfect for children.
Close to walking routes, the Thursday market and a large supermarket. Some coming and going late in the afternoon and evening, with cars bringing young people and picking them up again. The spaces are next to major sports facilities. But shortly after 10 p.m., it becomes completely quiet.
Car park with around 15 spaces. Many people pass by to walk, fish or run.
Very quiet for a break, with a walk around the lake and an outing from the harbour. The town is accessible in about 10 minutes.
More or less quiet place.
Quiet area, perfect for long walks, with the village less than 10 minutes away on foot. You can feel the wind, but it is not uncomfortable. The sports facilities right next door are a bonus: athletics track, skate park, football pitch, tennis court and more. It is great that some town councils still invest in leisure and health. We will definitely return.
