Large parking area directly on the road to Großer Arber, opposite the biathlon stadium and just after Lake Arber. Location is okay, with some spaces offering a great view of the valley; otherwise it is at the forest edge. Payment online via QR code and PayPal, not at the parking meter. Somewhat expensive, but practical for an excursion to Arber. Discount on the mountain railway with the guest card. Partly noisy because of speeders on the road.
A place a short distance from the ski slope. Parking payment via a QR-code link. Quite a nice place, but only a parking area for motorhomes.
The location matches the price. It is quiet at night, the view is excellent, and it is a great starting point for skiing, hiking, and sledding.
We only parked for €5 for a walk around Lake Arber. There is not much activity, so only three vehicles can enjoy the sun here. We agree that €12 for “no” services is too much.
Okay for one night, but €12 plus tourist tax without anything provided is really outrageous.
Very quiet place to spend the night. All that is offered here is a view. No service facilities and no rubbish bins. Some areas are really sloping. We would stay here again for one or two days. You have everything on board and can take everything away again. Payment is made via the app: €12 for the overnight stay and €2.50 tourist tax per person, €17 total.
We stayed here for one night. It was okay for that. No services, but a great view. Few possibilities for level parking.
The place is very close to Lake Arber. It is worth being at the lake early in the morning—wonderfully quiet before the crowds arrive. Payment via QR code also gives you access to a guest card. At the machine, it was only possible to buy two-day tickets, which are more expensive and do not include a guest card. Waste disposal would be nice for this price.
The place offers a great view and Lake Arber is nearby. Whether it is worth €17 is for everyone to decide. For us, it was worth it for one night. Bins and waste disposal would have been nice.
Gigantic view of Großer Arber. €17 for two people. Fair price, since there is nothing else here. Everything else is complaining at a high level; if you do not like it, you do not have to come. But complaining is fashionable!
Paid parking, two rates: €17 for 24 hours or €5 until 5 p.m. Perfect for climbing Großer Arber.
A little close to the road. Easy payment. Nice starting point for outdoor activities.
Perfect place to stay. Payment is entirely digital and easy. An excursion restaurant is only a few meters away; there is also a toilet there if needed. Nice starting point for hiking.
Good place for one stay. Unfortunately, there are no possibilities for disposing of rubbish. But there is a very nice walk around the lake and a clever marble run for children. We will come back again.
Too expensive for nothing. It says €12, plus the extra tax per person, bringing it to €17 for two people.
Great parking area as a starting point for hiking to Arber. Great view. Unfortunately, after 4 p.m., when the Arberhaus lake closes, there is no infrastructure left.
Nice parking area for one night. No infrastructure for campers and no bins, but it is only a parking area. €17 is a little expensive, but you are legally allowed to stay here, which is always important to us. The view is great and we were here with only one other motorhome. Very quiet at night despite the adjacent road. Ideal starting point for hiking to Großer Arber.
