Roadside parking beside the canal, convenient for visiting Caen. It is now paid, although the parking meter is free on Sundays, and a tram stop is nearby. The city centre is 5 minutes away by bicycle, and there are no services.

Paid parking by the roadside, but convenient for visiting the city center.
Easy to find a space on Sunday. You don’t have to pay the parking meter on Sundays. There is a tram nearby that can take you to the center.
Excellent parking for a quick visit. Shaded, safe, and convenient for unloading and loading bikes.
Well located for visiting the town.
Fine for park up to visit Caen, €1 p/h. Although not sure if the town itself is worth a stop. Quite rundown from our few hours walking around. Only nice things we saw were Chateau and church.
Excellent for daytime parking. It is also free and suitable for motorhomes of all heights and lengths. Close to a tram station and alongside cycling and walking paths. We enjoyed the Sunday morning market, a 10-minute walk away.
