Sloped village parking, no electricity

Fine for sightseeing. Water and waste disposal available. But the site is extremely sloped; even leveling blocks do not help. Only one space is reasonably level.✦Translating

The tourism office manager provides plenty of information and extremely detailed leaflets for short walks starting from the motorhome area. The area has all the services you could need. A very picturesque stop with lovely views. Quite a drive to get here. A pretty little church a war memorial, tragically many lives lost from these small communities. A little corner of paradise!! We settled at the bottom of the parking area, where no leveling blocks are needed. Very quiet, peaceful night, good mobile reception, no rubbish bin, toilets in the village. We met the mayor, who was working at 8 in the morning!! This is a great spot, albeit a tortuous trip in. However, as already mentioned, the parking area is big but there are only two spots that are level - and they require ramps. Also, all services are closed. Perhaps they will open again soon.

Thanks to the municipality, and it is strange that the previous reviewers gave only one star. This is one of the most beautiful places in France, with the kindest mayor! Naturally, there are no services during the cold seasons—it is cold there! Even so, it remains our regular overnight stop on every trip, in every season. There are more than two campervan or van spaces if everyone parks sensibly and does not always think only of themselves. However, it would be very considerate if vans or converted cars showed some savoir-faire and did not park on the dumping area.
