Hikers parking, sloping ground

Perfect for one night... very quiet, with good hiking opportunities.

A quiet night. We saw a few hikers until 6 p.m., and then we were alone.

The place is nice, but road traffic was heavy until 10–11 p.m. Some young people also seemed to be partying in a lower parking area; I think we were just unlucky.

We had a quiet night and were alone in the parking area. A few walkers passed by and greeted us politely. The lookout tower, a 10–15-minute walk away, offers a very good view of Lake Constance and the surrounding area. You have to look around a little, but you can find spots with only a slight incline. Anyone wanting a perfectly level place should go to one of the many campsites.

I was standing here completely alone and spent a pleasant, quiet night.

The parking area looked nice, although it was sloping, but we heard several very nearby gunshots. So we left.

The parking area is open again and looks neat.

One star because the site is currently unusable or no longer recommended. It is currently being used as a wood storage area, and the surrounding forest has been cleared and thinned. There is hardly any space because logs and machinery are lying everywhere, and it is no longer attractive. A shame about this beautiful option. Perhaps it will change again? Status: April 2023.

Quiet place directly on a road. Currently not signposted as a parking area. Gravel surface. Partly sloping, but manageable with levelling wedges. Located directly on hiking trails. A few hikers and cyclists on Sunday morning. We liked it. Please take your rubbish with you!

Very sloped, visible from the road, and a techno party was quite close by. We moved on immediately.
