This parking area is partly paved and partly grassy, with wooden tables, benches and a small shelter. Currently, it is obstructed by construction containers, toilets and diesel generators. The nearby road has little traffic; Winterbach is about 3km away, with a village shop open on Sundays between 8 and 10 a.m. for bread rolls and coffee.

Actually a cool place, but currently cluttered with construction containers, toilets, and diesel generators.
Level, partly paved and partly grass. Quite well maintained. The nearby road is barely disruptive because there is little traffic. Seating in the form of wooden tables and benches, as well as a small shelter. No services of any kind, but completely adequate for an overnight stay.
