Partitioned site with many long-term campers. We stayed only one night. The sanitary building, cooking, washing-up and laundry facilities are very dated. Contrary to the website, they are not very modern, clean or hygienic. The on-site restaurant offers only a fraction of the dishes on the menu, as you only find out when you want to order, with many frozen and ready-made products. Staff okay.
Unlike the negative reviews, our experience was very positive. Very friendly reception; although we only wanted to stay one or two days, there was plenty of space almost directly on the beach. Very friendly, family-oriented Greek long-term campers, inexpensive food in the taverna. Sanitary facilities okay, not new but fine.
We couldn't access the campsite either. When we said we wanted to stay three nights, the owner said he could give us one night because the campsite was then full. So it depends on his mood. We went to the campsite next door, where we were welcomed with open arms. I checked the next day: the campsite belonging to this charming gentleman had spaces available. No comment.
The campsite is beautiful. The operator welcomed us very warmly. He offered us three different pitches and then gave us good instructions. The sanitary facilities are somewhat outdated but well maintained and clean.
Highly recommended medium-sized campsite directly on the beach. Lots of shade, older but clean sanitary facilities (many) with soap but no toilet paper, minimarket, Wi-Fi reaching the beach. We cannot confirm the negative comments about the owners. They were very nice, even though we stayed only one night in May. ACSI accepted: €25 for two people, electricity and camper.
We spent two nights at the campsite and, despite using ACSI, got a beautiful pitch directly by the sea. Sanitary facilities old but clean and sufficient. The operator is friendly and helpful.
Friendly operator. We only wanted to stay one night and were still welcomed very warmly. The sanitary facilities are outdated but clean.
There is nothing to add to the last post. We had a similar experience. After I said that the length of our stay would depend on how much we liked it, the site was fully booked. Not very hospitable, that guy!
As soon as we got out of the motorhome, the owner immediately asked how many nights we were staying, and when we told him two nights, he said it was full, even though there were many vacant spaces! We went to the campsite next door and were welcomed with open arms. So there's no point stopping here unless you're staying for at least a week!
Because parking in town is prohibited, we had to go to a camp. Because there were mixed reviews about this place, we werent sure but then pleasantly surprised. The owner was very kind and helpful. We wanted to stay one night, but then stayed two. Second row from the beach, spacious pitch. All services provided. Bathrooms clean. We payed 55euro/ 2 nights with electricity.
Campsite with a beautiful beachfront location and good sanitary facilities. Despite calling in advance, they had no free pitch when we arrived. They did find an emergency solution for one night. However, the friendliness at the campsite leaves much to be desired. Especially in the minimarket, whose selection is very limited, friendliness is unknown. Sanitary facilities good, showers excellent!
The welcome was friendly at first, but when we said we wanted two nights, everything was supposedly booked. He then offered a pitch directly diagonally opposite the disposal point and rubbish containers, and afterwards one diagonally behind the disposal and rubbish station. We were not allowed to look at the pitches because he didn't want us to see the vacant ones. But we did! We then drove on.
Very good, the owner is very kind and helpful. The only drawback is that the pitches are sometimes too close together.
We too came here because of the good reviews. The receptionist repeatedly made us wait and dealt with other matters. We had to commit in advance to the length of our stay. We could only have had a pitch in the front row with a minimum stay of three days. The positive thing is that we are now at the neighboring site, where it is quiet and relaxed.
Disappointed by this campsite, which we visited following the good reviews. Go just next door instead, to Camping Verdalis, a small family campsite that is quiet and has sea-view pitches.
The site is very nice. There is a sea view even from the second or third row. It was already very full. The bathrooms will probably be modernized soon, but they are always clean and functional. The bread available to pre-order in the minimarket was some of the best in Greece so far.
A great campsite, especially for the €23 ACSI price. The campsite is already quite busy, so you may end up parking in the third or fourth row unless you arrive early. Nice cycling trip to the village or walk to restaurants and beach bars. Good beach and quiet.
Well-maintained campsite, very quiet. Extremely kind owners. It is truly worth it; fair value for money.
With ACSI, we had a pitch in the second row. Pitches directly by the sea must be reserved; if you're lucky, you may still get one. Many tours of Greece have ended up staying here. You can explore the nearby town by bicycle or take a trip to the little church on the south side of the bay.
Fabulous. Lovely pitches, many on the sea or just a row or two back are all good. Friendly. Super hot showers which are spotless. Many pitches under orange trees. Beautiful surroundings, pretty beach, clear water and many restaurants along beach, quiet at the moment. Small mini market where can order bread. Best so far
€23 with ACSI. Beautiful campsite in the off-season. We were lucky to get a pitch right by the sea and it was magical! Sanitary facilities are old-fashioned but clean (the toilet seats could be replaced; some doors don't lock). We had an excellent stay.
Everything has already been said about the site and the operator. We were lucky to get a pitch directly in the first row on the beach. The site is suitable even for liners like our 8.70 m long and 3.50 m high Flair. The approach to the site is somewhat narrow in places, but driving skill is part of it.
Everything good, nice owner, directly on the beach, clean, peaceful.
A favorite place. Yes, the well-functioning sanitary facilities are not new, but are we going to Greece for that? No! Our view of the sea over the last few days was unbeatable. Combined with the scent of orange blossoms, it was a wonderful time. The campsite Wi-Fi was very good; internet TV was no problem.
Simple campsite, beautiful location on a beach with wonderful sea. Facilities a little dated but clean. Friendly and helpful staff. At the beginning of the season, Easter 2025: two adults with a van €22 plus €5 for electricity. Spacious, shaded pitches right by the beach. A town with all shops is about 1.5 km away. Recommended.
Very beautiful, clean, well-located campsite, pitch facing the sea, warm welcome, spotless sanitary facilities and services, ACSI rate. Clean beach, magnificent scenery.
Superb view by the beach. Friendly reception. €23 per night with ACSI for two people, a motorhome and electricity. Sanitary facilities a little dated but clean, with a very hot shower.
The location is indescribably beautiful. We had a pitch directly by the water. Electricity was available. The owner is very friendly and showed us everything. With our 7.60 m caravan, it was easy to reach the campsite. The site is very quiet. One point deducted because the sanitary facilities are quite dated. Value for money was okay.
Beautiful site in season, with a restaurant and minimarket. Pitches directly by the sea without a fence. The sunken city can be reached on foot; the town and restaurants are about 30 minutes away. Good taverna 400 m from the site, along the road.
