Been here?
A small fjordside parking spot with a picnic table and a waterfall about 75m away. It is suitable for only a few vehicles, and the space can become overcrowded when additional motorhomes squeeze in. The road is quiet at times but can be loud from 20-2, especially with motorcycles and weekend traffic. The fjord view is excellent.

Perfect for one night. The parking space is great for two motorhomes, but before we went to sleep, another motorhome squeezed in beside us. During the night, another motorhome parked there... We ended up with five motorhomes in a space intended for three.
We arrived there around 2 p.m. and were alone. Twice, locals came to fish there. Space for a 7 m motorhome and a van! A great place for one night. The road was not bothersome at all.
A place suitable for one night and offering a very beautiful view. However, it is directly beside a road that is apparently very busy toward the weekend, so it is not peaceful. There is also some rubbish lying around, unfortunately left by previous visitors. Several anglers came by.
Quite quiet and relaxed during the day; very loud from about 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. Many motorcycles. Unfortunately, we caught nothing while fishing, but that is not the place’s fault. Okay for one night.
Nice spot! Next to the road but pretty quiet. Recommended
Beautiful view of the fjord, but at night some teenagers came, made a campfire, played loud music, and left rubbish—on a Sunday evening in December. A peaceful night was out of the question. It is also too close to a residential area and does not comply with the Park4night rules.
Beautiful view, relatively little noise from the E39 thanks to the tunnel, auroras, stars, flat spot (tight with two vans) with good cell reception. However, we got some mice breaking inside the van. Two nights in a row, and nowhere else has this ever happened to us. Could be a coincidence but we advise caution for all but cat owners.
We returned to this wonderful place and had a lovely time with local anglers. Unfortunately, a large Carthago motorhome blocked all the locals’ access to the fishing spot, and then grey water was discharged. When confronted, they insulted us. We drove on. Please respect the land and its people—we are guests here.
Excellent solution for one night while passing through, on the outskirts of Trondheim, 15–20 minutes away. Directly by the sea, with a picnic table. Not very spacious, just enough for a couple of campers. Lit by the road lamps; I think it is the best pitch of those we saw when leaving Trondheim. At night there is practically no traffic, so you sleep well. The first cars start passing after seven in the morning.
We were happy with the place! It is beside the road and near the motorway, so you need to be aware of that—but the view of the fjord is fantastic. Arriving early ensures good spaces; the area is very popular with campers. We were here with two other campers.
Perfect place for one night. The side road is quiet at night; you can faintly hear vehicles on the E39 farther away. If anyone passes by and finds a pink bib with strawberries, we would be immensely grateful to get it back; it has great sentimental value.
Very nice place! There were three campers (with vans), plus three cars belonging to fishermen. Everyone had space. The atmosphere was great; everyone fished together and enjoyed the sunset. The road is very quiet at night.
We spent a quiet and peaceful night here; the fishermen arrive early in the morning.
Very good fishing spot, heavily frequented by locals and tourists. We came once to fish. It was too busy for us to spend the night.
Small place but wonderful view. Perfect for one night and a little fishing. The access road is steep and narrow.
