Registration is required. The Römerhof sits on a roughly 3000m² meadow among fruit trees, with space to choose your own spot or sit under a tree, away from street noise. A fire bowl and wooden tables are provided, with firewood available for purchase. Gunzgen lies about 434 meters above sea level on the edge of the Jura Mountains and the Thal Nature Park, with hiking and biking routes nearby, including the Aare River (about 15 minutes by bike), the Vögeligarten in Olten, the Wichtelweg in Wolfwil, the Teufelfelsschlucht Gorge, and the "1000-Stägeli" route in Bonigen.
