Quiet harbour campsite, narrow pitches

Those lucky enough to stand in the first row, which comprises only one-third of the pitches, at least have a nice view. The rest—well, beautiful is something else. Those looking for more nature and peace should drive about 15 km south to Brevik.

It was fine for one night. The site fills up relatively quickly, especially the first row. Everything you need is available, and for the price it is okay.

Perfect pitch with everything you need. Electricity, water, toilet, shower, washing machine, and dryer all included; very clean and new. A steep price of €29 from 10 a.m. until noon the following day. Easy payment at the machine, although only Visa or Mastercard. Free choice of pitch. The town has little to offer, but the fortress and surrounding park are very beautiful.

Very well-maintained site, and the washing machine can be used here at no extra charge. 24/7 check-in and Visa payment at the machine are easy. At the beginning of June, it was quite full in the evening, and the pitches could gladly be a meter wider. We recommend a walk to the end of the small peninsula at the fortress. The lighthouse is a real photo hotspot!

Top pitch in the first row with a view of the lake. Quiet location; the area invites you to go for walks and bike rides. Within walking distance there is a Co-op, Thai, Italian, and burger restaurant, as well as a café. There is also a miniature golf course. Points deducted because the payment system is unclear (a sticker comes out of the machine after the receipt and must be attached to the vehicle!) and because the pitches are very narrow; it was uncomfortable because the site was very full.

The site is about 2 km from the center and the fortress. Quiet location, with everything you need on site. Completely sufficient for one night.

The most beautiful pitch on our first trip through Sweden during the first 14 days. We found a top pitch in the first row. The sanitary facilities are spotlessly clean; we used the beautiful weather to do laundry (washing machine and dryer included in the price). Beautiful bike rides to the fortress and along the Göta Canal are possible.

Great pitch with a modern sanitary building. We stayed there on May 13; there were about 10 campers. It was very quiet, both during the day and at night.

Good, relaxed site at the marina next to the moored boats; level, numbered but rather narrow pitches on gravel and grass with a view of the water; very quiet; good, very clean and modern sanitary facilities, but far too few for more than 30 pitches plus boats; 290 SEK per night including electricity, showers, washing machine, dryer, and supply and disposal facilities; payment by credit card at the machine.

Beautiful pitch with a great view of the water. The sanitary facilities are clean; there is a washing machine (currently broken), a dryer, and a microwave. Electricity and fresh water are also included in the price. The dump station is by the road and easy to drive over. The site is also suitable for large motorhomes.

The pitch is well located and very quiet. Payment is made at a payment machine. The service building is clean and cleaned twice a day. There are two women's and two men's showers, each with glass doors. The bathroom fans need cleaning. The shower only runs for 16 seconds at a time, which is a little annoying.

Especially for someone who loves guest harbors and belongs to a sailing club, this is a pitch with superlatives. You rarely encounter such a stylish and extremely clean service building with everything included.

Everything has been said—a beautiful place. With luck, you can still get a first-row spot by the water in the afternoon. The price of 290 SEK is fine. Drinking water and electricity between the pitches. The town and fortress are within walking distance.

We were lucky to get a first-row spot, but the adjacent pitches are also quite good. Very clean sanitary facilities, cleaned daily. Showers, washing machine, and electricity included. Lake Vättern is quickly accessible.

We liked the site very much. Two toilets are a little few. If no first-row spot is available, you can put your chair on the grassy area directly by the water to enjoy the sun and the view of the boats. There are also benches by the water. We recommend a walk to the lake, with many opportunities for swimming. Also a good starting point for visiting the fortress.

Super beautiful place, very popular, so it is worth arriving early. Shower, toilet, and kitchen are very clean, new, and well maintained. Washing machine included—excellent service! The only annoying thing is when someone else is already connected to 'your' electricity box and you then have to connect to the neighboring pitch to get power. It was a bit inconvenient but manageable; the site can't be blamed.

A very nice place to stay and use the sanitary facilities, washing machine, and dryer. Spacious pitches, and for a place like this the facilities are really well maintained! Bear in mind that it is a popular overnight spot ;)

We are very satisfied with the motorhome pitch. The sanitary facilities are very clean and modern. There is a washing machine and a dryer available for free use. If you arrive early, you can park by the water. The only confusing thing was the assignment of the electricity boxes…

Great camper spot, and as already mentioned, you have to be quick to get a pitch here. It became really overcrowded during my two days, but even locals hide in their cars overnight in the regular parking spaces…

Everything was great! Payment at the machine by the service building was easy. We arrived relatively early, around 1 p.m., and still had several pitches to choose from. It filled up very quickly afterward. Many had to leave again after 6 p.m. because all the pitches were occupied. Showers with no time limit, everything clean and excellent. Washing machine and dryer included! Top-notch!

Anyone who wants a hot, unlimited shower is in the right place here. Perfect sanitary facilities, washing machine and dryer included. One point deducted because departure is by 12 noon. It would be nice if this were later, especially when arriving late.

Nice place, everything is fine, unfortunately no Wi-Fi. We cannot say anything about the showers/toilets, as we have our own. Easy access to the service area, but unfortunately there are already lots of mosquitoes; nobody can help that.
