152 Via Panoramica, 61011, Gabicce Monte
Been here?
Small campsite overlooking the Adriatic, surrounded by nature and offering a quiet, healthy stay. The road is steep and narrow, pitches are cramped, and campers must be no longer than 7 mt. Gabicce Monte is about 5-10 minutes on foot, while the rocky beach is reached by a challenging woodland trail or public transport to sandy beaches. The site provides showers, a dining area, vending machines, shared fridges and a laundromat; a car, tent and two people cost 54 eur per night.

Just simply great place , but for people who likes the nature! The road is steep and narrow.. The staff nice .. . So it is s healty and quite place. We love it! The next city approx 5-10 mins by walk.. you can swim in the sea only when it is no wave! In the water there is many sea vegetables ( on the beach too).. this is the reason of the 4 star only.
Positive: the view. Negative: 1. Very narrow pitches; we did not even have room to set up our table for three people. 2. Sanitary facilities in poor condition. 3. The path to the beach is dangerous and impossible with small children. 4. The prices are obviously set arbitrarily. We stayed one night with a small five-metre van and had to pay €60.Translating
Small campsite on a hill above the resort. The beach can be reached via a narrow path or by taking the bus. Clean, welcoming and unfortunately cramped. Cost for a car, tent and two people: €54 per night.Translating
Idyllic spot, nice view and very friendly people.Translating
We stayed for a couple of nights. As described, it is small but nice, with very clean facilities, a kitchenette and barbecue area available. In my opinion, the price is a little high.Translating
A very pleasant campsite, more suitable for smaller campers, as the entrance is steep. The view of the sea is beautiful.Translating
This place is truly wonderful! Clean, beautiful and quiet, with an exceptionally friendly reception and complimentary coffee. Oh, and a reasonable price (€34 for two people and a camper). We spent only one night because we are travelling, but it is a little oasis.Translating
Totally brilliant site 5 stars are not enough. The location is perfect with 1m sun beds in Cattolica on one side and a beautiful little bay with 3 restaurants a short walk the other (quicker to walk back on the sea front). The site has clean and plentiful facilities, the staff are all so positive, welcoming and lovely. If you’re in this area do not miss staying here.
The campsite location is spectacular and far from crowded beaches. The campsite crew are very nice and supportive, but we met a German-speaking family with three extremely noisy children who did not respect the neighbours, and whose mother organised a bicycle competition for the whole family on the campsite. We decided to leave after one night instead of staying the planned two or three. The entire beauty of the place disappeared. Before checking in, find out who is staying there; one selfish family can ruin your stay.Translating
We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed it. Perfect place for camper vans, breathtaking view, very friendly staff, fair prices, sanitary facilities older but well maintained and clean, restaurants and bars within walking distance, and an ideal starting point for road cyclists.Translating
A wonderful, small, cosy, family-run site! Very friendly operators. The sanitary facilities are old but clean and perfectly usable. Mobile reception and Wi-Fi are very poor, if that matters to you. It took us less than ten minutes on the path down to the beach; sturdy footwear recommended. One night, two people, without electricity: €35. I find that somewhat expensive, but we would still come back anytime!Translating
Terraced campsite with a certain something. Incredible view of the Adriatic. Young people greet and show you around. Very relaxed atmosphere with a sunbathing lawn and various viewpoints. The route suggested by the standard navigation system is misleading. If you stay on the wide road, everything is fine.Translating
Small campsite with a beautiful sea view, reachable on foot via a little path that is also manageable with a backpack or baby carrier. The village is also a five-minute walk away. Nice communal area with fridge, microwave, barbecue and electric hotplate. Clean bathrooms. At the beginning of April, approximately €40 per night for two people and one dog.Translating
The site is not very large. Nice family atmosphere. Sanitary facilities are clean. A kitchen is available. Wi-Fi is weak in the lower area, but can be used without problems in the lounge in front of the kitchen. Despite being fully booked, the site manager made it possible for us to stay overnight. Thank you, we would gladly return.Translating
I do not know what is supposed to be so great about this location. It is not really cheap either. It is a terraced campsite built on a slope, with views of the sea through the trees. The campsite is acceptably equipped. A car, two people and a rooftop tent cost €34, plus €5 for electricity. The road runs above, and quiet is not exactly the word. The sanitary facilities were clean.Translating
A small, family-run campsite with a fantastic view and uncomplicated registration. The sanitary facilities are quite okay.Translating
Great site! Everything has been arranged with great attention to detail. Small but very cosy place, well suited to our six-metre camper. I did yoga every morning on the beautiful wooden terrace! Fantastic view. The sanitary facilities are absolutely charming! There is a special atmosphere here.Translating
Beautifully located campsite with a view of the sea. You can also watch the sunset wonderfully from the terrace. The sanitary facilities feel a little dated, but are clean. You have to take a narrow, steep path to the sea, but it is manageable with sturdy footwear. One star deducted for value for money; the price is quite high for the rather small pitches.Translating
A really beautiful place! You can see across the entire Adriatic Sea. The pitches are very small, though, so you stand very close to your neighbours. The toilets are fine, but the showers are really small and have only a shower curtain. The owner is very friendly and happy to help.Translating
Beautiful small campsite with a dreamlike view of the sea, simply a place to relax. The descent to the beach is very steep and overgrown, but you practically have the beach to yourself. One star deducted for the price: €51 for two people and a camper without electricity.Translating
Super beautiful campsite with a dream view of the sea. Very well-maintained and clean grounds with friendly operators. Reservation is highly recommended!Translating
A beautiful campsite! The view and location are simply fantastic. Very nice operators and staff. The path to the sea is very steep and challenging; sturdy footwear is best. Sanitary facilities are okay, though there are many flies. In the evening and at night, a little music from the bars can be heard, but it is not notably loud. We would return anytime—a dream!Translating
A small, charming terraced site with a wonderful view of the Adriatic. Suitable for small to medium-sized motorhomes, with small, narrow pitches between the trees. A path descends directly from the site to the pebble beach. Cattolica is about 30–45 minutes on foot. Camper van, two adults, no electricity: €34 per night.
Enjoyed the complete immersion in nature. Beautiful sunrise. Each pitch seems to have a view of the sea. Nice shade. Birds and insects seem happy too! Pitches for tents seem comfortable. Very relaxing. Washing facilities are clean. Reception was friendly and helpful. Recommend it for a ‘away from the crowds’ experience.
Excellent place, a beautiful and peaceful spot by the sea, full of trees. Sanitary facilities are perfectly fine. I recommend it to everyone. I am staying here with a seven-metre camper.
We confirm the positive reviews; it is a little paradise on earth. The only drawback is the lack of a campsite service area, which was impossible to create because of the campsite’s size and layout. We plan to return. The staff are extremely helpful. The price is slightly above average, but this unique campsite cannot be compared with other facilities.
The site is really beautifully located and the view is breathtaking. However, the sanitary facilities are somewhat old, and vehicles are parked tightly together regardless of which pitch category you book. The staff are friendly, but communication beforehand was not good. All in all, €36 per night is too expensive.
The view is beautiful and the staff helpful, but we do not like the fact that vehicles are parked bumper to bumper even though there is plenty of space. We could not even walk between them.
That was really beautiful. Great location!
We were allowed to spend two nights here before the season began. The site has a magnificent view of the sea, and the pitches are dotted with trees providing shade. A path leads from the campsite down to a beautiful pebble beach; good shoes are necessary. The campsite operator is extremely friendly and helpful. We would return anytime.
It is an excellent location by the sea with beautiful views, depending on your pitch. Avoid spots by the road as they're noisy. The friendly staff, especially the receptionist and cleaning lady, were highlights. However, the campsite feels neglected—overgrown weeds, poorly maintained beach paths, and broken platforms. With some care, it could shine again, but it feels sadly abandoned for now.
A truly beautiful place with a great view of the sea. We also enjoyed watching the sunset. The path to the sea is somewhat dangerous, but manageable with care and sturdy shoes. The beach below is very quiet; it is not sandy, but you can still get into the water. Definitely recommended for some peace and quiet. We stayed for two nights.
The nicest place we have ever stayed. Anyone looking for peace and without high expectations of the very clean but simple facilities will love this terraced site. Each terrace has only one row of pitches, leaving small campers with a great view and plenty of space. Large motorhomes are completely unsuitable here, both technically and in terms of atmosphere. The path to the sea is steep downhill, but easy in trainers. The beach consists of large stones and gravel, although there are places where you can enter the water barefoot. The host family is very nice and personally explains everything on arrival. About once a week, the owner provides an aperitivo with Aperol Spritz and small Italian delicacies. Then you can chat with the other campers in English and with gestures in the simply but comfortably designed communal area. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely return!
Small but lovely. The shower and toilet are clean and perfectly adequate. The view of the sea is incredibly beautiful. The path to the sea is not for the faint-hearted or small children. Pitches are rather small for large campers.
Breathtaking view, clean bathrooms, friendly staff, access to the beach is not easy, but there are buses. Slightly expensive; hot water included in the price.
