Quiet area, narrow access

The camper area is very well positioned, in a cool location. Unfortunately, as soon as we arrived, scanning the QR code on the signs revealed that the area and services must be booked a full FIVE DAYS IN ADVANCE, which is really inconvenient. No telephone assistance.✦Translating

Contrary to the promising pictures and previous comments, we found the place less inviting. All pitches were cordoned off with ropes, and there were two permanent campers. Currently not particularly welcoming, so we drove on. Especially unfortunate for the municipality's initiative.✦Translating

All the roads leading to the area are extremely narrow. Once there, the place was clean and several pitches were available. A group of young people briefly stopped to listen to music. A dedicated access path allows you to reach the adjacent village without using the road, which has no pavement. A grocery store 2 km away on foot is very useful.✦Translating

Nice and quiet area if it weren't full of cars. Yesterday I counted 13 parked cars; it's a shame that we don't respect that it is a space for motorhomes. Cars have much easier parking options. What a shame.✦Translating

Good quiet place. I don't need electricity, so I didn't register, and I am parked on the paving rather than on the grass. The water pressure is very low, making it impossible to fill up. According to Google information, one of the largest underground temples and a beautiful reservoir are within walking distance.✦Translating

Near the road but very quiet, convenient dog area, working water fountain (press the pedal). Picnic tables. For electricity, book in advance. Grey-water dump available.✦Translating

important to know you need to make reservations min. 5 days beforehand to benefit from a place here. This happens via community website of Vidracco. Close to the buildings of Damanhur with a lot if Art on the houses in the village.

The official camping spots (with electricity, grass underground) are blocked with a chain: reservation 5 days in advance is needed. But there are plenty of regular parking spots, where 4 Camper Vans/ RVs stayed that night (two of them for more than one night: no problem). Residents are close, but everyone is welcoming.

Quiet, level area with free parking. For electricity, you have to call the municipality several days in advance, otherwise it is not activated. We were told the price is €10 per day. Everything else—water filling and dumping—is available. Excellent for spending one night and moving on. NO WATER.✦Translating
