Sloped canal side site, street noise

Contrary to many comments, it is not that sloping; that is complaining at a high level. Nobody mentions the road noise—it definitely exists and continues until late in the evening. Another unpleasant feature, unfortunately increasingly common, is permanent residents in shabby motorhomes. They do not bother anyone, of course, but why should I pay plus tourist tax when the spaces are increasingly occupied?

The pitches are very well marked out, but levelling blocks are necessary. The price is fair. There are many things to do nearby. A large cycle path and an Intermarché are right next door. The only problem is that there is no place to empty black water, which is very inconvenient. Thanks to the municipality.

Nice spot, beautifully located directly beside the canal and cycle path. Some picnic benches are covered. The problem: not a single level space; all are clearly sloped, which is incomprehensible.

The area appears equipped, but nothing is level except the dumping area. We arrived at night and settled in the empty parking area opposite.

Barrier open, free parking. But I came for electricity. The token dispenser on the other side of the road has been removed, so there is no electricity. I am the only one in this area, so I have no choice but to go to the Camping-Car Park in Chavannes-sur-l'Étang.

Everything was working late oktober 2025, one night 5 euros and electricity 24h 5 euros.

Paid €5 token specific to this area; Flot Bleu tokens do not work here. But the machine works and you can activate electricity at the pitches. We did not use the dumping service.

As in the latest reviews, neither electricity nor water is available. But the area is freely accessible (as compensation?). Well located beside the canal, with toilets and picnic tables, some of them under shelters. Generally level. Quiet place. We spent two good nights.

No dumping or filling possible, no electricity. Payment at the machine is defective. A sign explains that it is switched off for winter operation (May). Otherwise, everything is as already described.

Beautiful place, but be aware that currently none of the services work. Good for a meal stop.

Area occupied by three motorhomes; electricity is still available. Payment is impossible because the terminal displays an error. When we arrived, we were greeted by an occupant who told us that the electricity trips quickly and that we should avoid drawing too much power. Naturally—he is plugged into two sockets!

Nice area for €5. It is a shame that nothing has worked for so long; they could have put up a sign saying that nothing works. The pitches are nice, with a wooden table and a bin at each one. Too bad the services do not work. You can park in the lower parking area on the other side of the road.

Two stars for a decent pitch and working electricity. Nothing else worked with the code received when paying. No dumping, no drinking water, no receipt. This is not acceptable from the municipality! We called the service. We are still waiting for the promised call back.

Beautiful area. Too bad it is occupied by locals taking advantage of the free access. Set it at €5 per day and they will leave, or restore the payment terminal.

The site is currently free! Lift the wooden barrier and close it again after entering. Better to work in pairs because of its weight. Electricity does not work. But who can complain when the pitch is free!

We arrived and the place is nice. The barrier was open. We went to pay €5 at the machine opposite for electricity, but once connected, nothing worked. We called, and a technician arrived an hour later—poor man—only to tell us that no electricity was reaching the site. We are still spending the night here because the children are tired, but we paid for nothing.

Small, pleasant and clearly marked area. Sanitary facilities and electricity. Too bad the manual wooden barrier is very, very heavy to operate (it rained all day, so it was waterlogged).

Fine place. €5 includes water, toilet emptying and electricity. Buy the code across the road. Unfortunately, the service column did not work, nor did registering with the code. But we did have electricity and a nice view over the water. Benches are available, including a covered seating area, and there is a free toilet. We think this place deserves four stars, but its current average rating is far too low.

Nice areas with a cycle path nearby. Too bad there are squatters and the municipality does nothing.
