This location is a roadside passing place beside Loch Ainort, rather than an adequate parking area for a camper. The road is little used and the setting has views over the loch. The surrounding peat bogs can attract numerous midges.

For the life of me, I could not find any indication of a private road. After reading the entries here, I even walked back to the junction from the main road to the south. So: no private road and no indication of restrictions or anything similar. We had an undisturbed, beautiful night here. The main road is barely audible. There were mosquitoes at the end of August, however.Translating
