Spine Road West, GL7 6DZ, Cirencester
Been here?
A peaceful car park beside a lake, with overnight stays and walks around the lake. The 2m height restriction now prevents camper access, with no other entrance. The car park is quiet at night, and the 24-hour cost is £10.

2 m height restriction—no other access route.
No no for campers height restriction now. Lovely spot sorry to have to find somewhere else
Great spot, feels secluded and surrounded by greenery. However we couldn’t final any bins and the cost for 24 hours is now £10.
I stay here quite alot, its really stunning. There is a height barrier but there's also alot of layby parking and space on the road leading to the car park before the height barrier (and before you have to pay) I've seen some big mohos parked up with room to spare. Fit under in a Ford Transit Custom though. Defo worth it just to walk around the lake if nothing else :)
Easy to get to, lovely and flat, lovely lake, height restriction but managed fine in my T6. Only issue was the odd, loud tinny music we have no idea where it was coming from, playing Old Blue Eyes singing Fly Me To The Moon every 15 minutes until about 1.30am. Thought we might be in an XFiles episode.
Great spot, quiet at night. Walks by the lake from the car park.
Stayed overnight no problems I was the only person! Beware of the height restriction only just about got under with my ford transit. Beautiful lake to wake up to. Definitely will be returning
Large, flat area, beautiful walk around the lake, and no one else in the car park overnight.
