Camping de Klenovica

We stopped for one night. Large campsite with beach and pool. No pitch assigned; you settle wherever you can. We had no access to electricity or Wi-Fi. The sanitary facilities are recent but dirty. Fine for one night, but not two! €70 for a van, two adults and two children.✦Translating

€75 for this site is outrageous! Broken showers, empty soap dispensers, toilets without locks—everything is old and run-down. In addition, arrogant reception staff. The only good thing is the sea. Save your money and avoid this place!✦Translating

Beautiful, well-located campsite. We spent three nights with our motorhome; the pitches are freely chosen but not very well marked. However, we were able to take a pitch facing the sea, which was very pleasant. Restaurant and small supermarket on site. A pleasant walk along the sea to the village. I recommend it.✦Translating

One of our absolute favorite places on the Croatian coast. Everything is just right here. Unfortunately, many people have not rated it highly enough. Prime beachfront location, good sanitary facilities and waste disposal, pitches freely selectable, restaurant/bistro and a mini-market on site. Cheers.✦Translating

Two stars for the location directly on the beach with access. €43 on May 2, 2025, for two people in a van with a dog. You need a good 50 meters of cable for electricity. The whole site is rather shabby. A shame, because the location is actually wonderful.✦Translating

The site itself is quite nice. Some pitches are by the water and there is direct beach access, which is a real plus. It is not cheap; we paid about €43 for one night for two people and two dogs. The sanitary facilities are truly shabby—I have rarely seen anything so dirty. I would not come back.✦Translating

Very large campsite with many mobile homes and plenty of space for camping with a motorhome, caravan, or tent. If you are right at the bottom, it takes 15 minutes uphill to reception. Direct beach access and a 10-minute walk to town along the seafront. Pitches are adequate. Toilets, showers, and sinks are adequate. The supermarket is extremely expensive; better to walk to the one in town and shop there.✦Translating

I give it one star because there is beach and pool access, but otherwise it is the worst campsite we have stayed at so far! The pitches are poorly maintained, with rubbish and pieces of glass everywhere. The sanitary facilities were horrible: water all over the floor and dirty showers. The restaurant was bad and the mini-market charged €12 for a pack of water. €39 for two adults and one van.✦Translating

I cannot recommend this place at this price. The sanitary facilities are disgusting and dirty. Toilet paper on the ceilings, missing or broken door locks on the showers and toilets, and bird droppings on the walls. Urine spread across the floor. More and more construction debris is appearing on the pitches, including sharp tile fragments and large sharp stones. We will not come here again.✦Translating

Paid 142€ for 2 nights (3 adults, 1 kid 13yo, 1 dog and 1 motorhome) with electricity. Area is large, with market (highly overpriced), bars, outside pool and beach access. Stunning view by the beach! Sanitary units are average, not very clean. Avoid camping by sanitary unit because of the smell from waste disposal bins/containers. Grey water disposal unit is not very convenient for 7m motorhome.

Beautifully located near the beach, with a wonderful sea! Pleasantly busy in the evening. Nice to be able to choose your own pitch. Sanitary facilities are very poor, with many things broken and barely any cleaning. I only saw a few employees sweeping—or mostly standing with a broom in their hands. We were well received on arrival. We had not booked, but there was plenty of space. Nice to choose your own pitch. We chose one close to the beach and sanitary building. The water is wonderfully refreshing in these warm temperatures. The pool is okay, nothing special, but it is nice to have the option. It would be nice if there were something for the kids to play with. The campsite and sanitary facilities could be better maintained.✦Translating
