Been here?
Currently closed (as of July 2026, blocked with concrete barriers). Paid service area formerly had 12 free spaces and concrete pitches. Recent years saw water outages, blocked disposal, and occupation by travelers; barrier removed. Not currently recommended.

Closed off with concrete blocks…Translating

Still occupied by Travellers, unfortunately. A motorhome user pointed us to a nice place nearby to avoid stopping in L'Aigle; the town seems not to want to see us.Translating
Avoid it. Last week it was completely occupied by Travellers. Unacceptable.Translating
Well-equipped parking area for sleeping. Today the water is shut off. Black-water disposal is blocked. I did not see a tap for fresh water, only a tap for rinsing cassette toilets.Translating
No barrier and the payment machine is out of order. An old motorhome may be permanently parked there, plus us and one other motorhome. No Travellers. Gendarmerie patrol. Busy road nearby, much quieter at night. Calm night.Translating
Level and flat concrete Aire—we stayed one night. Drive-over gray-waste drain, no other facilities. No barrier and entry machine not in service. Three vans besides us. Fifteen-minute walk into the town center.Translating
Barrier dismantled; we turned around. This aire does not inspire confidence for spending a night. Apart from gray-water disposal, there are no other services.Translating
The aire is well located in relation to the town. Currently, the barrier has been removed, so access is free. You can empty the toilets, but there is no water.Translating
Today there were two motorhomes, plus another that seems to be more or less squatting there. Quiet night without problems, with some shade, a bonus for the season.Translating
We turned around. Barrier dismantled. Travellers have settled in, only caravans. Avoid.Translating
I intended to spend two days visiting the town, but when I arrived, the barrier had been dismantled and most spaces were occupied by caravans, so I went on to Sées.Translating
Small, very quiet motorhome aire, not too difficult to find, with plenty of space even when arriving at 4 a.m.Translating
Following an earlier comment being deleted as supposedly hateful, I am repeating it: avoid this aire. The town hall is aware of the situation and allows parking near the war memorial behind the town hall. If you like the atmosphere of Travellers, you can park here, but there is no water or electricity, and access is easy because the barrier is broken.Translating
Still occupied by Travellers. So, town hall, what are you doing?Translating
Pleasant aire not far from the town center, but it has recently been occupied again by Travellers, who connected directly to the meters and locked access to the water for their own use (washing machine and extensive washing of vehicles/caravans). Waiting for the town hall to do its job. Update from 15/10: The Travellers are still there. The water is still confiscated.Translating
Well, the municipal evicted the gens de voyage with an arrêté préfectoral. So all calm now. No barrier so no charge. water and waste disposal available in a very pleasant location, Aldi next door and Intermarché a little further. Good walk to the lovely bustling town centre, very welcome after a long drive to stretch our legs. Town centre has good parking of you prefer.
Beautiful aire that we use frequently, near the town and shops, with waste disposal. No electricity. No barrier, so it is free.Translating
Barrier open and payment machine out of order, so entry is free. No electricity, no water, and it seems to be a squatting area judging by the condition of some spaces. Fine for sleeping during a stopover, but nothing more; we did not stay.Translating
The pitch is full of caravans and cars.Translating
I stayed there at the beginning of September. The aire is freely accessible to very large motorhomes and those with trailers, which is rare and worth mentioning. However, entry is currently impossible because it is occupied by Travellers.Translating
