Been here?
A spacious, organized campsite near a large beach, with clean sanitary facilities, a swimming pool, minimarket, bar, laundry machines and friendly staff. The beach is about 100 mt away, and the site is generally quiet at night. Recent work to clear storm damage has taken place, but the facilities remain usable. One recent stay cost 39,95€ for a motorhome, 2 people, a pet, electricity and tourist tax.

Excellent campsite. Organized, spacious, clean, with good washrooms, washing and drying machines, a minimarket, bar, common room, and swimming pool. Friendly staff. One hundred meters from a large beach. Quite peaceful at night. It cost €39.95 for a motorhome, two people, a pet, electricity, and tourist tax, but it was well worth it. I would gladly return. There is just not much shade because of a recent storm.Translating
Had high hopes for this site, but other than the great showers, it was just ok. Lots of noise as they get the site ready for the season - digging, strimming, leaf-blowing - which made it hard to relax. We cycled to the ferry that goes to Fig da Foz, but was underwhelmed by that too. Might be better when wind drops and you can sit on the beach. Don’t rely on the shop at this time of year either.
Friendly staff , toddler pool and bigger pool open. The water pressure is amazing. To get to Figueira Da Foz town you have to go over a bridge, if you have bikes I would suggest taking the little ferry over with your bikes as this is a lot more safer
Very friendly staff, clean sanitary facilities, good pitches, and a very large beach.Translating
Nice and friendly welcome, clean sanitary facilities, and close to the beach.Translating
Really good site. It's amazing how quickly they cleaned up after the storm at the beginning of 2026. Nice location and surroundings.Translating
We stayed for one night. Very nice people at reception. We had everything needed to supply our camper with electricity and empty our gray water. We wanted to go to the beach at 7 p.m., but the gate was locked. The sea is about 300 meters away. Beach access hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.Translating
Large pitches, excellent sanitary facilities, quiet location. Just a few meters over the dune to the sandy beach (through the garden gate; ring the bell to open it). Even the pool was clean and already open. The site is large and sunny. April is a wonderful time! A path over the dune leads directly to the harbor with pleasant little restaurants.Translating
Lovely quiet site, really close to the sea, with direct access. Storm cleanup work is still ongoing, but in the off-season you barely notice it. One of the sanitary blocks was open, which was perfectly sufficient for all guests and very clean. €25.70 per night without electricity.Translating
Nice campsite—not four stars, but the shower and toilet facilities at the back were very clean. We are traveling with a Land Cruiser and rooftop tent as well as a motorcycle trailer, and had enough space to leave the trailer attached to the vehicle. Direct beach access is excellent.Translating
Orbitur. Thirty years ago they were the benchmark! But now: no Wi-Fi on site, unmown pitches, some full of broken glass! Burrs everywhere! After just one leashed walk around the site, our dog had at least 30 small burrs! That is why we left the next day. Before that, we had spent three days at a municipal campsite with full Wi-Fi and no burrs for half the price! (Yes—things really were better in the past!?)Translating
A site that is virtually empty. we chose hard standing, no shade. Great facility blocks. easy to explore village. Beach currently being reclaimed after successive storms. We enjoyed 3 days here, very peaceful and friendly.
I don't recommend this place. it is situated next to the industrial zone and it stinks. the stuff was super unfriendly. For what you get, in my opinion it is way too expensive. The toilets and showers are okay.
Nice, spacious, clean campsite. Few shady places.Translating
Very large campsite with every facility. It almost feels like a holiday village. In any case, we arrived without a reservation and, although the campsite was full, they gave us a pitch with electricity. The campsite is quiet at night. Direct access to the beach through a gate. Bathrooms in good condition but not spotless, perhaps because of the large number of guests.Translating
The site is fine for two nights. No shade, but a major advantage is the private beach access. Pitches are very sandy, some partly stabilized. Sanitary facilities are decent and a little dated, but cleaned regularly. There are lots of mosquitoes. Even in midsummer, evenings and nights are cool, so don't forget long trousers and a sweater.Translating
Very friendly staff. The campsite was constantly kept in good order. Direct access to the beach. Everything was excellent.Translating
Everything was good, but nothing special. Access to the beach is very close, and the beach is clean and huge. Bathrooms, showers, etc. are adequate and clean. The pool and other entertainment were also excellent. Unfortunately, there is very little shade; I think we had the only pitch with some shade.Translating
Bad experience. Four nights on site in a motorhome with trailer and electricity, €48 per night. We arrived Thursday evening and were placed at the far end of the campsite. The first morning there was no water in the sanitary block because of a breakdown, and the other two only had cold water, making washing and doing the dishes difficult. The weekend was extremely noisy until 3 a.m. For the price, we expected better service. We do not recommend it.Translating
Five stars. Yes, it is a little expensive, but it is worth it. If you are looking for a campsite with excellent sanitary facilities, a top service area, and access to a huge beach in less than five minutes, this is the place. We paid €55 for a motorhome, four adults, and a dog. Very quiet night. Of course, there are much cheaper options nearby, but still…Translating
Very neat campsite, with beautiful and very clean sanitary facilities. Private access to the wonderful beach. Unfortunately, there is hardly any shade. There is a restaurant and shop on site, but they were closed when we were there, even though they had mentioned them at check-in. A small village is a 20-minute walk away, with a tiny shop and a few poor snack bars. Washing machine €6.Translating
Beautiful campsite directly by the sea with a pool and small playground. Unfortunately, there is virtually no shade from trees, so it was quite hot. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with everything.Translating
Fantastic site with a small shop, bar, restaurant, pool, outdoor gym equipment, and plenty of clean showers and toilets. Short walk to the beach. A 1 km walk along the beach, or a cycle or walk on the road, takes you to the nearest town with beach bars; surf clubs and more beach-bar restaurants are 2 km away.Translating
Very well-located campsite with access to the ocean. Very clean sanitary facilities and spacious pitches. €27 with ACSI, plus €2 per person tourist tax.Translating
Beautiful campsite with excellent sanitary facilities, including a children's toilet and sink. The washing machines are operated by card and detergent is included. The beach is only five minutes away, with an extra gate that is locked promptly at 8 p.m. Morning rolls can be pre-ordered and are delicious.
The campsite has very nice pitches and excellent sanitary facilities. There is a lot of driftwood on the beach, and the coastal protection structures spoil the view. The large bridge to Figueira is under construction, so you cannot cross it by bicycle. Other routes into town are very long. The campsite is outside town on a busy road. There are no cycle paths through the area. We moved on after two days.
Our best campsite so far in Spain and Portugal. Many new service facilities, including a baby bathtub and children's toilets and sinks. Many sports facilities such as a tennis court, outdoor pool, and fitness stations; a nice restaurant and small, practical shop with daily bread service. Direct beach access and restaurants in the nearby village.
Highlights: easy access to the ocean through the back of the campsite; huge beach ideal for walking dogs; clean and quiet campsite; separate areas for motorhomes, tents, and caravans; outdoor clotheslines; sinks for washing clothes or a washing machine (€6). French-speaking welcome, and they first offered to let us look around for a pitch we liked. Recommended.
Nice path to the beach, super-clean restrooms.
Direct access to the sea. Endless beach, great for dogs. Excellent site. Perfect!
Ideal with dogs. We had the beach to ourselves and the dogs could run. Toilets were clean but old. The pitches were somewhat uneven, but leveling blocks solved the problem. Water at every pitch, which was ideal after the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed three nights and would return.
Campsite near the beach, very clean, with good facilities. Very friendly people at reception.
We stayed here for a few nights in December and loved it. It is located directly on the beach. Bread rolls can be ordered at reception, and the people were friendly. The shower building was clean.
The area where we stayed had all the facilities and the sanitary facilities were new. Pitches are marked out. The beach is 300 meters away via a sandy path. At night, the only sound was the murmur of the waves. There were quite a lot of people for September. Friendly staff.
Good campsite, but not many people in this season. Direct access to the sea and a beautiful beach with the dog. Great, refreshingly cool pool.
Spent one night in a van at this campsite, €30 without electricity. Not many people in this season, quiet from 8 p.m. onward, although very loud music—probably from a beach bar right next door—was playing when we arrived. Clean sanitary facilities. Two areas for motorhomes/vans, one next to the sanitary block. Beach 400 meters away on foot, with access from the campsite. Pool and small on-site restaurant.
It's okay, with friendly staff and clean toilets and showers. A bit expensive and very windy, with few trees or other shelter.
Expensive, 12 year old child charged as an adult is ridiculous. The toilets and shower all clean and work well. Music from neighbouring site started at 10pm both nights and played until passed 2am. barely slept.
