Been here?
Roadside parking with privileged mountain views, suitable for an overnight stay and as a starting point for mountain activities. The ground is somewhat steep and not fully level, and the area can become busy during the day. There are no toilet facilities, but a nearby restaurant offers toilet access for 2€ until 5pm.

Perfect for sleeping and for starting mountain activities.
Spent a quiet night; it's incredible how many campers are here.
Beautiful place for an overnight stay. Wonderful views. The weather wasn't very good for us; there was a storm at night with huge hailstones, so we thought our car would turn into a convertible overnight. But otherwise, amazing—we recommend it!! ⛰️
Stunning view, on some spots not completely level ,worth staying there nontheless for the view, you can go to the toilet in the restaurant nearby for 2€ but no one cchecks whether you throw in 2€ or not ,only Open till 5pm tho
Amazing views, but the parking area isn't very level. It was quite busy both during the day and in the evening. There are no toilet facilities here, and hard to find a place if you need to go.
Amazing place to stay for a night !
My all time favourite place. Breathtaking view, amazing sunset and sunrise and we got to see the Milky Way too. No services obviously but it’s worth it.
Very beautiful roadside parking area with a breathtaking view. Quickly fills up, especially on weekends in the low season. We arrived on Sunday at 9:00 a.m. and just managed to get a space.
Good place with incredible views. We spent the night there; the ground is a little sloping but it is fine. There is plenty of space. Quiet at night.
Excellent place with a beautiful view. Although some spaces are uneven and require leveling ramps, the views at sunset and sunrise make it worthwhile. Minimal traffic at night; in the morning, cars arrive with tourists :). But no problem!
Not too busy in September. The views in the morning are spectacular. Even if it’s misty like we had. Be patient and enjoy the views. The restaurant was closed in the evening but opened in the morning, nice for a drink after a gorgeous hike. A bit steep but otherwise one of the most beautiful stops. If this one is busy there are enough spots by the road.
Beautiful place for an overnight stay with a magnificent sunrise. Starting point for hikes. It isn't very busy at night; we slept well.
Great for spending the night with a superb view when you wake up. Quiet at night.
Beautiful place but absolutely packed in August; it is extremely crowded, so much so that there wasn't room for another van at 7 p.m. If you are looking for peace and quiet, Passo Giau is not the place, at least in high season.
We got there during rush hour, and from what we saw, it is stunning!
Breathtaking landscape! Worth it... Parking along the road, somewhat sloping. Bar-restaurant nearby open until 6 p.m. (toilet €2). Extremely crowded in August with campers, cars, motorcycles, and bicycles. Let's take care of the place and park properly!
We arrived for sunset and it was beautiful. There was plenty of parking space and many vans already parked. I don't know if there is a bathroom available because we have our own. There were more parking areas with space nearby. Highly recommended.
Spectacular place. Uneven, but manageable. Many trails, but lots of people. Pick up your rubbish. Thank you.
Good place to spend the night. Although the ground is quite sloped and has potholes. Even so, we had a good night.
Very busy during the day, but from 6 p.m. onward there is plenty of room to sleep. Spectacular views, especially at sunset. All the spaces are somewhat sloped, some more than others.
Didn't spend the night there, but the view is great! Unfortunately, it isn't completely flat.
Drove up after fresh snow. Only a tiny space for around 3 cars is cleared for parking up the pass. Didn’t feel right to stay with no options for regular cars too. Able to park to see the views
One of my favorite locations to sleep in the Dolomites ! Not very flat but the views are worth it. Very calm in November.
Very quiet place at night in October. People start arriving from 7:00 a.m. Beautiful views, a must-see. Ground somewhat uneven.
One of the best places to sleep in the Dolomites. Spectacular views. We had no problem finding parking at 8 p.m., but it filled up shortly afterward. Beware of the cold at the end of September. I doubt there is a better free, service-free place to sleep in the Dolomites. Incredible!
A place with privileged views and close to the trailheads. The drawback is that it is right next to the road, but the views make up for it. Somewhat sloping.
An extraordinary view. It has a slight slope, but it is right next to the start of the trails.
On of the best places to sleep in Dolomites, you can’t beat the view! Busy during the day, quiet at night. A little steep, but manageable.
Very nice parking spot with a beautiful view. Toillets are for 1€ if you are not a guest of the restaurant. Open from 10-17 pm. It’s quiet during the night.
Extraordinary view, magnificent sunrise. Parking slightly sloping and lots of people. Very little traffic at night. The hike to the Cinque Torri starts directly from the parking lot.
