Rue Edouard Dauphin, 04500, Riez
Been here?
Family campsite in Riez with large shaded grass pitches. Facilities are aging but functional. No grey water disposal available—only electrical hookup and chemical toilet emptying. Heated pool and small snack bar on-site. Wednesday and Saturday markets nearby. Recent reports note staff pricing inconsistencies and basic facility conditions.

I am giving only three stars because it is unacceptable that a campsite charging €30 per day does not have gray-water disposal. There is only electricity and chemical-toilet disposal. The pool may only be used with short swim shorts; if you do not have any, you must buy them there. There is no bus to Valensole, only their paid shuttle. The operators are kind, but I would not return.
We arrived late and were offered the last pitch, with a private bathroom that we did not need, and it was of course twice as expensive. But we did not want to drive any farther. The pitch was completely sloped, and the private bathroom had no toilet seat, while the shower had to be held by hand. This is a rip-off. The pitch itself is cramped and not really recommended.
Beautiful, spacious and shaded pitches. Excellent market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, a great pool, and a small snack bar that is useful. I recommend it.
The campsite is nice. The pool is comfortable. In high season, the price for two people and a van without electricity is €29.90. Unfortunately, the woman at reception asked us for €35. After we challenged it, she charged the price displayed at the campsite entrance. Dishonest staff.
A wonderful little campsite with lots of trees and shrubs providing shade. Despite the dry conditions, the pitches often still have grass. The sanitary facilities are older, clean and functional; shower temperature can be adjusted separately. There is also a swimming pool! And all this at an amazing price, without any discount cards. Conclusion: no shortcomings, highly recommended!
Very quiet and well maintained. Excellent value for money!
Dream campsite with lots of greenery and flowering trees that smell wonderful. Still very empty. Today I was allowed to take my first swim in the pool. At the market, a 10-minute walk away, we bought regional products such as cheese and olive oil. A dream place! Very nice campsite staff; we would love to return.
Trampoline, heated pool and playground—perfect for children!
Quiet and very nice campsite; it has all the essentials. It is clean. The bathrooms are a little dated but clean. Gray water cannot be emptied. A pitch for two adults and two children costs €45. The staff are very kind. The village is a 10-minute walk away, but it is nothing special.
Wonderful place with typical French charm. Very friendly welcome, everything very clean, pleasant swimming pool, boules court and small bar. Supermarket five minutes on foot, and the village center ten minutes away. Be sure to experience the Saturday market!
For us, one of the most beautiful motorhome stops in France. Highly recommended in every respect. We would return at any time. Gabi and Steffen.
Nice place with plenty of shade. Very basic sanitary facilities. We were still warmly welcomed even though we arrived in the evening after reception had closed.
The campsite is well maintained, the pool is pleasant, and the sanitary facilities are excellent. There is a Proxy supermarket five minutes away on foot, and the village of Riez can be reached in ten minutes via a path. We recommend it.
