A small asphalt parking area near Antequera, which may provide shelter during storms or heavy rain. Recent reports describe it as uneven, very dirty, and littered with broken vehicle glass. Vehicles sometimes turn around there, although mobile 4G reception is available.

Actually not really a parking area; the road passes through it. We could not find a level surface. Lots of broken glass. I do not recommend this place; there are better options in the area.
Easy access, 1 km from the A-7282 leading to Antequera. Two lanes lead to this small parking area. Very dirty, with all kinds of rubbish. Vehicle glass scattered on the ground. Paved, so it can be useful during storms or heavy rain. 4G network is okay. Vehicles making frequent unnecessary U-turns. I was in the area and wanted to take a look at this place, but I did not stay.
It is a shame that there is so much rubbish, too much to clean up. Quiet little place with a distant view.
The place could be fine if it were not so dirty. We slept there anyway, very peacefully.
We spent the night on a flat square of asphalt with streetlights near an industrial estate. The only things that passed were a tractor continuing up the road and a car collecting the rubbish, including a cabinet, that people had simply dumped there. We were the only camper there. Antequera is fantastic: also visit the dolmen and breathe in the fresh air there. It really stood out to us!
