19 Allée de l'Helio Marin, 40530, Labenne
Been here?
Free roadside parking near the beach and a small chapel, in a quiet setting between forest and beach. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away. Overnight parking is forbidden and police enforcement occurs unpredictably, with a recent 35€ fine reported. A paid motorhome area is available in the town instead.

It is very quiet and close to the beach and the small chapel. But you must be careful. I saw the municipal police drive past; they said nothing to me. I know they do not say anything, but take photos and issue fines later. There is no sign prohibiting parking for cars or motorhomes. Normally, there is no fine.
Great place, but the police came by early in the morning and issued a €35 fine. They do not come every day; it is a lottery. Otherwise, it is a motorhome area in the town center. What a shame—the spot between the forest and the magnificent beach is excellent.
Good place to park for free and go to the nearby beach. Not crowded. Unspoiled beach. It takes about five minutes to walk to the beach.
Obliged to pay for the motorhome area; not everyone can afford to pay around fifteen euros every night.
Had nice night, quiet and handy for the beach, the next day a police car came by and we were told politely that staying overnight is forbidden.
