159-167 Route de Marche, 6600, Bastogne
Been here?
This large campsite offers spacious, mostly level pitches with water and electricity, and remains quiet at night. The facilities are clean but dated, with showers costing €1 per token for 5 minutes. Check-in is easy, and the site is open year-round with friendly staff and a brasserie at the entrance. A recent overnight stay including water and electricity cost about 40€.

It quickly became very clear that the inn and the motorhome area were not connected. Yes, we could pay for our overnight stay there (note: cash only), but otherwise they seemed to have very little knowledge of the motorhome area! I later found the site's page at www.stellplatz-lauheide.de. It was a bit unfortunate that the inn closed at 6 p.m.; otherwise, a quiet and pleasant place to stop while passing through.Translating
Spent one night, van for two people and a dog, including water and electricity; showers included, about €40. The night was quiet. Services available.Translating
I cannot find myself in the comments above. Stayed here on a Wednesday night while passing through; luckily it was quiet, though it may be different on weekends. Fine place with beautiful, level pitches; outdated but clean sanitary facilities. Water and electricity at the pitch. €23 for two people with an ACSI card. Bastogne center is a 20-minute walk away.Translating
Easy check-in, outdated sanitary facilities, and at the campsite entrance there is Café 41, a brasserie with everything you need. €44.50 for two nights with an ACSI card.Translating
One night in the snow at this campsite, which is open all year. The owner is very welcoming and even lent us a heater because we were afraid we would run out of gas. Great service! We recommend it without hesitation to anyone wanting to visit the region.Translating
A quiet, good value site, Less than €20 a night with ACSI. Sanitaries need a revamp and there is a small village of mobile homes to drive through when you arrive. Pitches are large and well separated, with EHU and water, but one EHU point we tried didn't work. Showers cost €1 by token from reception
Nice staff. Actually perfect for visiting the beautiful town. The sanitary facilities could be a little better; otherwise, everything is fine.Translating
We stayed here for three nights. The price is okay since fresh water and electricity are included. Pitches are easy to access for longer motorhomes. Quiet in the evening. Sanitary facilities were clean and in good condition.Translating
Fabulous site. No idea why it’s not got more stars. It’s very clean, very spacious plots with your own grass area next to gravel parking area, lovely parks for kids and walks for dogs. 30 min walk to town. Shower/toilet block a little dated but immaculately clean. Staff are lovely and most speak English. I’d stay here again and wish every site was like this one. I’d give it more stars if I could.
The showers tokens are annoying but the campsite is very good.
Very large but quiet. Many long-term residents with mobile homes. Convenient gravel pitches with dedicated electricity and water. Comfortable and fairly clean bathrooms (unfortunately, the women's showers smelled bad). Tokens at reception cost €1 for 5 minutes. New, convenient cycle path to the town center and museum. €36.50 per night for two adults and two children. Pitch reserved through their website.Translating
Lovely, very quiet campsite. Friendly welcome, even for late arrivals. Clean facilities.Translating
We just spent two night here at 31€ a night for a 8m 3 axle motorhome and a trailer with a motorcycle on it, the pitches are big enough for me to reverse into in one go but access is set up for one side only, if you try to get in from the other side you will have to go across the grass, look at the numbers for your pitch on the signs. There was some minor dog related noise but not much, the site is in the side of a hill so it will need some ramps to level you up if you don’t have jacks. Site was very good, stone chips on all the pitches except tent pitches, there are a lot of residents in the first half of the site, mostly very friendly, the young lady on reception was very helpful and friendly. I would happily come here again.
Although large, very quiet. Large pitches, all equipped with electricity and water connections. I recommend it.Translating
Contrary to what a previous comment says, I found the campsite very pleasant and welcoming. I definitely recommend it. At least for us, it was much more practical than the motorhome parking area closer to the center. We paid €31 with one child. I find it quite reasonable considering the convenience of the pitches and how easy it is to reach the center by bike.Translating
Worst campsite I have ever experienced. It felt like a tomb. The atmosphere was dead and deeply depressing. My daughter, our two dogs, and I were so affected that we almost went home. The campsite mainly consists of run-down mobile homes. In addition, there are several rows where you can park your camper on gravel. Everything looked sad.Translating
Friendly staff. Clean sanitary facilities.Translating
Very beautiful and very clean campsite, with all necessary services, very close to the town. Friendly and welcoming reception staff. Electricity and water connections are available on the pitch.Translating
March 2025—I enjoyed this spacious and well-organized campsite. The pitches are gravelled and designated for motorhomes. Be careful, as maneuvering can be difficult for vehicles over 7 m. The sanitary facilities are immaculate, and the proximity to the town center, as well as access to the RAVeL for bike rides, are a plus!Translating
Quiet place to spend the night. The bathrooms were dirty and smelly. €19.60 for one person with a tent.Translating
Really good and helpful at reception. Pitches for motorhomes and campers are fairly flat, well spaced and have electric and water on hook up included. €28 for the night. Everything clean and well kept, pitches for tents looked good. Easy walk into town centre bars, restaurants and museums. Grey waste and eslan disposal on site.
