Seaside parking, quieter nights

This is a free, spacious parking area beside the sea and the D8, with shaded places, picnic tables and access to the water. It is now under video surveillance, and toilets are no longer present. Traffic can be noisy during the day but usually decreases at night, making an overnight stay possible. The area is used by locals for picnics and has previously had good mobile reception.

Quiet night in this large, free parking area near the road. Perhaps the best choice for one night in a van along this stretch of the D8. Chemical toilets are not bad.
Great view, good shaded spots. Many locals use the area for picnics. With a little climbing, you can reach the water and swim nicely.

Relatively large parking area with a view of the sea. Unfortunately, there is a lot of rubbish everywhere. Heavy traffic noise from the morning because it is directly beside the road. Adequate for one night.
Very nice small parking area with portable toilets. There are also tables, making it a good place to rest and eat. We stayed here in the afternoon and overnight. There is enough traffic at night to prevent a completely quiet night.
