Beach parking, strong wind

Magnificent, peaceful, safe and 20 metres from the ocean. Space for five or six campers; for now there are only three vans, as of 22 June 2026.✦Translating

Great place; we were alone with one other motorhome. Directly behind the dunes is a beautiful beach with not a soul on it. Unfortunately it was very windy, over 50 km/h, but we still had a quiet night, even though the camper rocked a little.✦Translating

We spent a very peaceful afternoon here, with the beach next door. However, it was full of human rubbish, so we ended up collecting an entire bag. Let’s all be conscious of leaving places as wild as we claim to like them.✦Translating

Quiet spot in early July. Four days and three nights, no problems. One minute from the supervised beach. Dogs allowed on a leash. Pick up your rubbish!! We collected an entire bag! You are filthy!✦Translating

Great & comfortable place for a good rest, spent one night in the car!

Ghost town. Only suitable for the brave. There is not a single person in the whole village. We left frightened.✦Translating

Nice large and level car park 50m from a magnificent beach that is several Km long. We felt safe with two other CC nearby. The only downside was local dogs barking through the night. Good access for CC up to 8m.

Very quiet out of season. Bars closed, but a beautifully landscaped wooden promenade runs along the entire beach. A lovely 10 km hike is possible to the Bandeira viewpoint and the lighthouse. Dogs barking at night are the only downside.✦Translating

Noise: no noise at night. Surface: dirt and level. Views: the beach cannot be seen because of a dune, but the sea can be heard and the beach is directly accessible via a wooden walkway. Distance to beach: 20 metres. Parking capacity: 20 campers. In the afternoon there are many cars belonging to beachgoers, who leave at sunset. Access: easy. Extra: beautiful sunset.✦Translating

Great for spending the night. Quite spacious, with one area of marked spaces and two other large open-field areas. Wonderful to go to sleep listening to the sea and wake up to it as well. Very quiet area.✦Translating

Very beautiful place behind the dunes. Via beautifully constructed boardwalks, you can walk over the dunes to the beach within one minute. A superb sandy beach where dogs are also allowed. A little farther on there are beach showers and restaurants. We ended up staying four nights. Wonderfully quiet and without problems.✦Translating
