Unnamed Road, 23450, Jasenice
Been here?
A remote mountain parking area at Tuvole Grede, with about 3 flat camper spaces and more sloping ground. The view is beautiful and the area is peaceful, with hiking routes nearby, but it can be very windy. The road from Modrici is currently closed, and visitors should beware of former Yugoslav mine areas.

Beautiful place, entrance behind the wall, with about three level spaces for campers; the rest are sloped and it is not very large. Follow the red route to the summit, but another path from the parking area in the opposite direction is also beautiful. Beware of land mines from the Yugoslav wars. Most have been cleared around the paths, but you cannot let your dog run free.
Very good spot, with a lovely view and very quiet. Unfortunately, we happened to stay on a very windy night, so we didn't sleep much.
Beautiful, quiet, secluded place, suitable for one night too. Magnificent views in the evening and perfect for a short hike. However, it gets quite chilly at night.
I think it is important to point out that this is a hiking parking area and a tourist attraction—a film was shot here—so it is peaceful from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. Beyond that, you are subjected to intrusive looks and judgments about campers, as usual. You go from a dream night alone to the nightmare of vans being scrutinised by motorists judging your lifestyle.
Great spot! Suitable for large vehicles—I drive a 9-metre, 10-tonne vehicle—even though the climb is very long. The view is worth the trip! Very windy, but there are also plenty of hiking possibilities. I parked 100 metres before the car park to leave space for visitors, but there is easily enough room for about ten vehicles.
We had a very good night. Nobody else was there. A few hikers in the morning. Very beautiful location!
Beautiful place, easily accessible via the gravel road, with a beautiful viewpoint.
Very beautiful, perfect for starting the day with a hike after spending the night.
Beautiful place high in the mountains. The approach is somewhat adventurous; perhaps don't drive your newest camper up there—our VW bus managed it well. Spectacular view. One star deducted because it is already very windy and this disturbed our sleep. Otherwise, excellent!
Fantastic and very peaceful place for camping, with plenty of space and extraordinary scenery. The climb is along a long, narrow, unpaved road, so I do not recommend it for very large or delicate vehicles. But if you dare, it is completely worth it.
