This free parking area is directly beside the train station and is suitable for vehicles up to 6m. It is useful for visiting Colmar, with the centre about 10–15 minutes away on foot. Overnight stays are possible but very noisy because the parking borders the railway tracks, with trains running until 23:45 and from 5:30 on weekends.

Very good for visiting the town. We did not sleep there because the parking area is beside the railway tracks and therefore very noisy.Translating
We parked on the street next to the parking area during the day to visit Colmar; we did not spend the night, only stayed during the day. It is good because it is free and very close to Little Venice in Colmar, within walking distance.Translating
