Been here?
Wa-Ca-Wi is a lakeside campsite under pine trees, with freely chosen pitches and a sandy beach with a separate dog area. Larger motorhomes are difficult: 10m length was the maximum, and vehicles at 4m height came very close to the trees. The service area is adequate, with electricity, fresh water, bread-roll service, a kiosk and a new, clean sanitary building. Showers cost 50 cents for 2 min, while shops and restaurants are far away.

Everything okay, beautiful large sandy beach with an adjacent separate dog area; both can also be used by non-campers for a fee (entrance via the campsite too). There is a large area under pine trees next to the seasonal campers where you can park freely, next to a small access road. The small ants are a bit annoying; they also crawl up the chairs.Translating
5-stars are too much. It is quiet and peaceful, but a bit shabby. The service area is ok. It is far away to shops and restaurants. Tomas K Sweden
We stayed here for two nights with a baby and a dog. We liked it very much! The site is really well maintained, the people are very nice and you feel comfortable. Absolutely recommended.Translating
A well-maintained and quiet place in the middle of nature; even the golden oriole sings here. There is a bread-roll service and a kiosk. The new, spotlessly clean sanitary building was the icing on the cake; it is a pleasure to shower here. We paid €53 for two nights without electricity and would be very happy to return.Translating
Super beautiful site, everything in top condition, lovely beach and lake. The Waldschänke restaurant was closed, but the good snack bar was regularly open. The site rules are much too strictly worded for my taste, sometimes with threats of penalties.Translating
A beautiful, quiet, clean site. The staff are always friendly and the sanitary facilities are new and very clean. Beautiful beach.Translating
A bit muddy since it had just rained when we arrived. We did not know the beach/lake was so close. Pleasant surprise. We would recommend it and go again. Showers cost 50 cents for 2 minutes and work fine. Good, clean facilities. Nice playground for small children. Price okay!Translating
We spent a weekend here to visit Tangermünde. A truly beautiful place to unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet. Very new sanitary buildings. You can pre-order bread rolls. All in all, highly recommended.Translating
Naturally maintained woodland campsite without fixed pitches. Upon arrival, you simply choose a spot between the trees or on the meadow. Relatively new washroom with everything you need. Fresh water and electricity available (bring an extension cable!). Bread rolls can be pre-ordered. The beach and lake are a dream, especially at the beginning of May when the lake is open only to campers.Translating
Indeed one of the most beautiful campsites. But if you have a dog, you may only admire the idyll from a distance. If dogs enter beach areas, even when nobody else is there, the campsite wardens immediately intervene very insistently. We had no interest in this modern form of “racial segregation” and moved on after one night.Translating
Excellent site! It went straight from 0 to number 1 on my favourites list! Without pitches being divided into parcels, everyone can find their favourite spot in the forest. Spacious sanitary facilities and always spotlessly clean!!! Beautiful lake, beautiful beach, and finally a nice dog swimming area with room to move. Seating everywhere, some covered. It was our first time here, but we will definitely return!Translating
Gladly again. Great facilities, beautiful lake. Gladly again.Translating

We were given such a warm welcome at the entrance; it was lovely! The site is still being developed, but the sanitary facilities are new and extremely clean. Beautiful beach and snack bar. We will return and are curious to see what will have been done by then. I would love it if the history of the old East German campsite were preserved; the old ticket office was tangible nostalgia, really cool.Translating
Beautiful! Under trees, lake for swimming, and €22 without electricity. The sanitary facilities are very clean. We will definitely return.Translating
Nature-oriented and relaxed campsite on a great lake. No pitches divided into parcels, clean sanitary facilities.Translating
Beautiful place in nature. The lake invites you to swim and linger. I will definitely return.Translating
Beautiful campsite, unfortunately no water or wastewater connections at the pitches. Electricity only for an extra charge. Be careful with large vehicles; the bends are quite tight in some places. The washroom is new and clean. Bread-roll service can be booked. For two people, we paid €38.80 per night including electricity, bread rolls and shower tokens.Translating
Beautiful campsite with an adjoining woodland swimming area and snack bar. Bread-roll service from 8 a.m.; the price was good and so were the rolls. Only the seasonal campers are somewhat loud in the evening, or there are large groups.Translating
