Llwynstyffilin campsite

Small parking area, as already described. The toilet and shower were OK, but for the price they could have been cleaner. We were self-sufficient. At 8:30 a.m. we were woken by knocking and had to pay £20 for two people in a small camper van. We found this arrangement uncomfortable.

At first I didn't like this site but it has grown on me. Internet a bit patchy but it is in the middle of nowhere. The shower and toilets brand new and very clean. Could use signage to get to them as some people seemed lost. Paid £8/night +£2/dog. 5 flat h/s pitches. EHU £10. Fresh water tap. No elsan but not a problem. There doesn't seem to be any bins though so that lost a star there from me.

What a lovely little campsite. nice hard standing areas, slightly sheltered from the wind and gorgeous views to the a black Mountain. Clean shower and toilet area. The owners are really nice and friendly. will definitely be back here.

Super friendly and hospitable owners, really helpful and kind, they gave us food recommendations near buy (The hungry hut) 3 mins drive down the road in a layby 10/10 food and good for money. Great phone service. Lovely shower/ toilet block 10/10 would stay again

Basic, good value for money. Clean, warm toilets & shower, electric hook-up. Fresh water tap. It was a good base for many walks in the Bannau Brycheiniog although you have to drive to all of them, it's not a long drive. Beautiful Red Kites flying and calling overhead.

£8 pppn + £2 for the dog but still a bargain. lovely shower. friendly farmers.

May2024 £8 pp/night. Lovely toilets. Lovely shower. 4 level gravel spaces. Host very friendly. Drinking water tap. Grey waste is down a short path... so bring a bucket. NO chemical disposal for toilet waste.

Great little campsite on an active farm with about 5 levelled gravel pitches with electric hook up. Sheep, cows and dogs can be heard but didn’t bother us at all. Owners were really helpful and friendly and even though they were full accommodated us on our first night. Nice clean toilets and shower. 4g on Voda good enough for Netflix. Ended up staying a 2nd night, highly recommend.
