Quiet paved stopover, paid utilities

We felt very comfortable in Unterwasser at this camping spot. The owners are wonderful people and provide helpful tips in a small jute bag, for example for hikes. There are tables and chairs with a parasol on the terrace that we were able to use. The toilet is directly opposite, free, open 24 hours, and clean. We would gladly come back.✦Translating

Nice owners, excellent value for money. Central location near the mountain railway, Thur waterfalls, and shopping facilities. The only drawback is the road noise during the day, especially from the many agricultural vehicles; at night it is quiet, and we slept wonderfully! :-)✦Translating

Anyone visiting the region will quickly notice that parking lots are no longer permitted for overnight stays, even if this used to be allowed. Overnight stays are now only possible at campsites or at the pitch of the Hotel-Restaurant Post. We often come here for curling tournaments with our motorhome and really appreciate this place for sleeping. Thanks to the hosts for continuing to maintain the pitch despite being retired.✦Translating

Affordable overnight parking with access to public toilets and only 300m from the Ski lift up to Chäserugg (at the lift you can park for free during the day). 4 stars only because the instructions are a little bit confusing and we couldn't find anywhere to dispose our rubbish as most bins around town are locked. Very friendly welcome. It is quiet at night, but less so during the day because it is directly on the main road. The spaces are small but okay for one night. Waste disposal, electricity and water—all excellent. We paid CHF 20.20 for the camper and people. Electricity costs CHF 1 per kWh. Thank you for this place.✦Translating
