Lake parking, calm nights

Great spot in front of a wonderful little recreational fishing lake. Trees and picnic tables; we slept in silence, with frogs, black-and-white cows and lots of stars. We were very peaceful alongside many other campers. In the morning I also practised yoga while looking at the calm waters of the lake. Thanks to life and Normandy!✦Translating

Very quiet little car park beside a fishing pond. We arrived at 11 p.m. for one night. A genuinely peaceful place with very little traffic—not even five cars. Ideal for an overnight stop.✦Translating

Excellent off the road carpark with room to breathe.The little fishing lake and wildlife is fabulous, as are the shaded picnic tables small rubbish bins for daily waste, and lovely walk around the water. However today is 42 degrees and the fact that the parking area has no shade at all is the only reason I’ve marked it down …. If today was cooler this would be one of my favourite spots.

Stopped to spend the night. A lovely discovery. We spent the night listening to the frogs. We walked around the ponds at breakfast time. Take 20 minutes to do it; it is very beautiful.✦Translating
