A large parking area beside Nafplio’s harbor, close to the old town, restaurants, shops, and a laundry. Recent reports say camping is forbidden, and the area is currently used to store windmill parts, although some campers have recently stayed overnight. There are no services apart from bins or containers, and evening city noise can continue into the early night.

Two good nights on this open area opposite the marina and near the historic center, the climb to the castle, and the seafront. Supermarket and laundromat five minutes away. In the summer season and during the cruise season, overnight stays may not be allowed here.Translating

The parking area is spacious. But when we arrived, on Orthodox Good Friday, it was completely full. We had to park about 100 meters away beside some eucalyptus trees. The good thing was that I could use the wheel chocks on the eucalyptus trees to level the vehicle.Translating

Best place to stay overnight in Nafplio when there is no event at the harbor! Normal noise during the day, and very quiet at night from midnight until 8 a.m. You are never alone. The surface is unpaved. Very clear, precautionarily filtered drinking water is available near the railway/toilet hut. There is a black hose with a tap.Translating
