Ski parking, broken services

Large, flat, paved parking area. Very little traffic and a superb view. We slept very well there. Too bad the service station is no longer usable.✦Translating

In high season, a road runs alongside it and local residents come to dump their rubbish at the site. Now the views are beautiful and the night was very peaceful.✦Translating

Only two spaces reserved for motorhomes. There was no possibility of using another parking area even though a circus was setting up and parking was therefore prohibited. The Puy-Saint-Vincent 1400 tourist office, where we asked for information, told us to go back down to Pelvoux. : /✦Translating

Very good area for spending the night. Although it says they charge €10 per space, nobody came to collect it. We were able to empty the black and grey water and refill with fresh water. Very quiet at this time of year.✦Translating

Good place for overnight, very quiet. No water when we visited, but able to empty waste. No one came to collect fee. ✦Translating

Perfect ski in ski out parking. Busy carpark during the day and holiday periods, but plenty of space at the ends of the day. Bar, cafe, shops, toilets, ski lift, ski pass office all on the doorstep. Not sure why they say there’s only parking for two campers. There’s electricity plugs for six, and parking for at least 20 vans. No-one appeared to take money. A great level nights sleep. ✦Translating

Next to a chairlift, perfect for skiing. Services include grey- and black-water emptying and electricity. There was no water when we were there. Arrive before 9:00 or after 16:30 to park, as it is also a car park.✦Translating

Electricity is still unavailable. Even if it were, the connections are grouped at the dumping area, which is not practical. Otherwise, exceptional views. At the end of September, the snack bar is closed.✦Translating
