21 Im Wörth, 79576, Weil am Rhein
Been here?
This secluded forest parking area beside the Rhine and a weir is suitable for a quiet overnight stop. The motorway can be heard, and occasional parties or passing vehicles may cause additional noise. Access is narrow: a 210-wide camper fitted through, while the path may have low branches. The gravel area is generally level, but litter has been reported.

The place is easy to reach from the motorway and is located in a green area beyond the industrial estate. The motorway is not too loud either. Unfortunately, we were unlucky that a celebration made it somewhat noisier, but it was manageable. The place is unfortunately not particularly clean, and there is a lot of rubbish lying around.
A wonderfully quiet place out of sight. Our 2.10 m-wide camper van fit easily through the entrance. However, in June the path was somewhat overgrown with low-hanging branches. You could also hear some music from a nearby party, but I expect that is not always the case. All in all, a good location for an overnight stop while passing through.
A beautiful place, right by the weir. Very quiet. We stayed together with one other camper. People fish here in the evening and early in the morning.
Additional note: The place is directly beside the weir, with a pedestrian bridge to France.
Suitable for one night if the sound of rushing water does not bother you. Sign warning not to leave valuables in the car. Direct view of the Rhine. Isolated location.
Constant motorway noise. Otherwise quiet, level gravel parking area protected by trees. Beautiful forest path down to the Rhine. We got through the entrance easily with a width of 2.28 m.
Good and quiet place for any vehicle small enough to fit through the stone barricade. Had some weird experiences with some cars and motorcycles just driving inside, make a turn and leave again. Eventually it all quieted down and we had a good night sleep!
Quiet night. Around half past seven in the morning the first cars arrived, but it was not busy. We had a lovely walk along the Rhine. Truly beautiful surroundings.
With a width of 2.35 m and a length of 7.5 m, we got through easily and had a great spot for the three-country cycling trip.
