Very beautiful view and peaceful for a meal break with oyster tasting. Thank you to the municipality for making this area available to motorhome users.
Public parking shared with cars, without services. Glass container. Please take your rubbish with you; there are no bins. Several picnic tables. Do not throw bottles over the cliff! Very popular on holidays. Cars on one side, motorhomes on the other. Parking in angled spaces. For vehicles under 7 m long. Almost no shade. Walk or cycle along the cliff.
Great place. It's a shame that some people behave as if they were in a campsite. They will be the first to complain if the place becomes prohibited.
The parking lot is always accessible to motorhomes. No barrier and a superb view of the ocean. It only lacks rubbish bins.
The parking lot is closed. Fences and a no-parking sign have been put up. It appears to be permanent.
I love this place. It is a shame that some people do not respect the instructions posted at the entrance to the parking lot. Soon it will be prohibited with barriers. Please use some common sense.
Super nice spot with a view over the bay. We spent the night and left no trace.
It is secluded and pretty, but the small parking lot fills up quickly.
Great motorhome spot. Very quiet at night. Bonus: sunset in front and sunrise behind!
Very beautiful natural spot, without services. You can walk along the ocean with views of Île de Ré, and it is close to La Rochelle. Quiet at night, and during this quiet off-season period we were able to enjoy it.
Very beautiful spot with room for everyone; people just need to respect one another.
Very good, but please park properly. Everyone takes up as much space as they want without thinking of others. Be respectful, because if this continues it will be prohibited for us. Use some common sense.
Nice little parking spaces.
As per previous comments, an idyllic spot, BUT why do people risk annoying the residents by parking in the car parking area when this App and the signs clearly say don't! So don't be annoyed when cars park in 'our' spaces.
It is a well-located parking lot facing the sea, with a quiet night. Starting point for hiking or cycling trails. No service or waste disposal. I recommend it.
Great, peaceful spot; seafood is sold 30 meters away.
Very nice for enjoying the coastal path.
A great spot with a sea view, very quiet. We spent two nights here. I recommend it.
The plants sheltered us from the strong wind, but we had a peaceful night. In the evening there were several vehicles and we felt safe.
Quiet night and wonderful view. Do not park sideways in the front bays. Another camper was asked by the local police/municipal authorities to move.
No traffic at night. Nice walks along the seafront.
Very good location. Thank you to the municipality. This is a motorhome parking lot, not a service area, so please leave room for everyone. There are picnic tables.
Really beautiful place and a quiet night. Be careful, as there are only a few spaces available for campers. We did not see the police checking, only local people complaining that campers should stay in the designated area so residents can use the parking lot. Excellent oyster restaurant two minutes away on foot.
An exceptional view! A very good place to spend a quiet night. Be careful: there are no rubbish bins, only a glass container nearby. There are picnic tables. A very beautiful and free place!
Free parking, a superb place for sunset. There is room if everyone parks diagonally. Be careful: no rubbish bin, only a glass container.
Very beautiful place. Direct sea view, depending on the tide. We spent a very quiet night there. No noise or traffic.
Great spot, magnificent sunset, quiet night. It is a shame that cars park carelessly, even late at night, while talking loudly, which makes maneuvering difficult. Thanks to the town for this rare place.
An exceptional site with beautiful cycling and walking routes. The parking lot, without any services, is 50 m from the coast. The gentle sound of the waves will accompany your nights.
Free parking in the edge of the ocean, marvelous view, wind and waves. Not exactly a beach, but some kind of access to the water is possible at low tide at least. Several places to try oysters and other seafood directly at place.
Great, except I don't know whether it's like this all year round, but at this time of year the number of flies is unbearable. I strongly advise against it.
A wonderfully peaceful place to sleep. Thank you to Marsilly for letting us enjoy such a superb, free spot. The only drawback is the cars parked during the day and the vans that don't park diagonally as indicated. The view is superb and there are lovely walks.
We spent one night at this beautiful place. The question is how much longer it will be possible to park here for free—or at all. Unfortunately, there are still motorhome owners who simply dump their wastewater into nature. Furthermore, people go into the bushes to relieve themselves, both for number one and number two. A complete no-go.
Right by the sea, with no services but surrounded by nature. Thank you to the decision-makers for leaving a few places available. We support the local shops and craftspeople as much as possible. We spent three wonderful days here.
A great place. Many thanks to the municipality. Excellent oyster producers within walking distance. Eight oysters for €8.50… What more could you want?
Parking closed from 5/17 at 6 p.m. until 5/18 at 4 p.m.
Very beautiful site facing the sea. Parking diagonally is mandatory. Our 7.2-meter motorhome had no problem. Absolutely quiet.
A free oceanfront parking area accessible to vans, panel vans, and motorhomes. Coastal trail for beautiful hikes. Oysters sold directly by the producer. Thank you to the municipality of Marsilly for making this beautiful space available.
The site has a beautiful view but is dangerous because there is no barrier to warn that the edge has collapsed. No bins, only a glass container. Otherwise, it fills up quickly but is quiet.
Superb sea-view spot. A very friendly little oyster seller nearby. Thank you to the municipality for allowing us to enjoy such a place; this is becoming rare. No services, but we can do without them. Lovely walk along the coastal trail. We will return.
