Toilets are closed until further notice, while the 22 km loch walk remains accessible. Donations towards upkeep can be made at the signs by the path entrance.

What a pity. This used to be a great overnight stop within walking distance of the town. Now there is a large sign saying no overnight parking as you enter.Translating

A lovely, peaceful place. Not a single car before 9 am this Monday morning. No prohibition. You can catch a glimpse of Loch Leven Castle, where Mary Stuart was imprisoned for a year, by going through the cemetery. Please do not park parallel, out of respect for other campers and locals.Translating

Excellent off-grid stopping place. Park closer to the town for easy access to the pub, takeaway and toilets, if open. Cars gather at the far end until late—not boy racers, but they could disturb you. There is a very small unofficial no-parking sign, but the information boards ask you to make a donation for parking, implying that parking is allowed. Lochore Meadows is a short drive away for emptying waste.Translating

Great place for an overnight stay, with large spaces, a safe feeling and a very peaceful night's sleep. We have a 7.5-metre motorhome, so we parked lengthways across the spaces later, when it was quieter and dog walkers were parking. Toilets are still out of order. Lovely scenery overlooking the loch, with a good walking or cycling route of about 13 miles. A small, narrow road leads to the parking area. Highly recommended.Translating

Really lovely spot. We stayed the night and walked around the loch. Ideal for dogs, but watch out for blue-green algae. We spotted a no-overnight-parking sign the next morning; it is a small sign on the way in down the lane.Translating
