Forest parking, temporarily inaccessible

We do not recommend it. Some construction work is currently taking place, with metal barriers everywhere. There is space for a car, but it is deep in the forest and unpleasant. We skipped this place because a nicer parking area is nearby, four minutes farther on.

It is true that there are construction works at the moment but the parking is still there and it was very calm when I stayed there, but the place is not visible form the main road. From the main road turn on Waldeck str and you will see multiple places to park there. If the place is full, there is a public parking right by the following intersection towards Crossinsee Rezidenz.

We arrived at night. The toilet was locked, and we could not find anywhere to fill up with water. On top of that, a local resident told us that if we did not leave, he would call the police.

The site actually described is no longer accessible. However, there is parking for a few vehicles in front of it beside the forest road. We spent a peaceful night here; the bathing area and lake are excellent.

We spent a quiet night. Access to the parking area is via Waldeck Street. We had room for our 7.40 m vehicle. Toilets are on the other side of the road.

Great and peaceful place to spend the night, as long as it does not rain—ideal. We had dinner on the benches, took a walk around the area, used the toilet and went quickly to sleep. Thanks, great tip.

This parking area is completely closed, and the forest is currently being cleared.

The previous reviewers described everything correctly. We had a quiet night until 7 a.m.; after that, the road is quite loud. Completely dark at night, level ground in the pine forest. The picnic areas on the beach are perfect for a pleasant evening or morning. Thanks for the tip!

Fantastic free parking area in front of the beach. We stayed for one night and slept very well. The road did not bother us particularly, even though it is very close. 100% recommended.

Wonderful cool and peaceful place; you feel safe. Supermarket 7 km away. Beach, walking and cycling. The road is not bothersome. Bus line to Berlin. We will stay for a week.

We stayed here for one night. The ground is somewhat uneven. Absolute peace at night. Shade all day because it is directly in the pine forest. Across the road is a wonderful beach with grass, a snack bar and a public toilet, and a bakery 800 m away. All in all, a very beautiful campsite.

A great place to sleep, quiet, surrounded by pine forest, with a lake right outside the vehicle door for cooling off. Very clean.
