This is free, unrestricted parking beside the river, usually busy during the day and quieter from around 20:00. A pub, park, Teapot museum and canoe or small-boat launching point are nearby. The location is beside a busy road with considerable passing traffic at night.

I stopped here during the day and it's a short walk to the pub and park, pretty busy but there are kids swimming in the river and it's a nice enough place. Wouldn't want to stop at night as it's right on the edge of a busy road with a lot of passing traffic.
Great location, lovely pub next door and canoe entry point. Lots of caravan and boat locals so people are very welcoming. Also an MOT/Bodyworks right here, should you need it :D
